Demo patch 0.5.3

[p]Added Journal system that contains the quests from specific events. It’s accessible from the upper-right menu bar.[/p]
[p]Increased the standard max number of tiles a crew member can be moved to 5.[/p]
[p]Fixed an issue that could cause softlocks in certain situations.[/p]
[p]Other minor bugfixes.[/p]
[p]Added some QoL changes.[/p]
