DevLog 3: Meet the Cast: Mimosa Ron
Hey hello! It's Andy again!
Happy Friday! Today we're going to meet another one of the cast members of Scaravan 66: Mimosa Ron!
Former mathematics professor, Ron had only just started his retirement and was ready to live it up when he met a terrible fate along Route 66, awaking to find that he was now doomed to reap souls. Ron had only just left the workforce and found himself back in the drudgery of working life.
Determined to reclaim his retirement years and the cruise he was supposed to take, Ron does the least he possible can in order to fly under the radar of the ever watchful demons who keep the reapers in line.
While a lot of reapers are rough, tough and prefer hard liquor, Ron spends most of his time sampling the most delicious umbrella decorated tiki cocktails and having a good time. If he’s not blending a frozen margarita he’s sunning himself in the sand or putting his feet up in a hammock. In death he has discovered he has quite the knack for cocktail mixing, so much that he is able to imbue special magic into drinks that he makes. All the fun, none of the bad side-effects, but with a little magical kick to the drinker’s skills and abilities.
Always a good time, but hard to get to know the real him. He lives behind a wall of outward joy, laughter, and irresponsibility. Ron is a champion of not taking things seriously and not letting the world get in his head or in his way of having a great day.
