Arctico 1.4 "The Winter Update"

-Multiple new decorative assets were added to the game (coffee makers, blankets, pillows, carpets, disc players, mugs, books, kettles, heaters, etc).
-Added "cozy room" upgrade to the advanced heated facility.
-Interior of all of the doctor's bases improved.
-Multible objects from the misc builder have been improved including:
work desk, old deks, neon lamp, old kitchen.
-Improved sled garage design.
-Improved wind turbine design and functionality.
-Dogs running animation no longer in perfect sync.
-Dogs no longer start running at the very same time.
-Improved multiple locations around the map.
