[Major Update] Zhao Yun's Story & Imaginary General Zhuge Liang Now Available

Hello everyone, we are the development team of Mighty Generals: Three Kingdoms!

First of all, thank you so much for all the kind messages and concern you've shown recently.
Your support has truly warmed our hearts, and we’re incredibly grateful for your understanding and patience!

Our team members are gradually recovering from the recent flu outbreak. Although full recovery may still take some time, we’re doing our best to resume a stable update schedule and deliver more complete and exciting content as soon as possible!

[h3]This week’s update includes:[/h3]
  • Zhao Yun’s Story is now live;
  • Imaginary General Zhuge Liang has arrived (Due to balance considerations, Zhuge Liang cannot currently be used as a protagonist in Sandbox Mode and cannot be engraved).

※ We’ve also created a new chibi character model for Zhao Yun, which is currently under internal testing and will be released in a future update!

As for the highly anticipated Tai Shici’s Story and Red Equipment Sets, we haven’t forgotten! They are currently being reworked and polished internally, and we plan to include them in upcoming updates.

We’re so sorry… this is a sick leave notice…

Hello everyone, this is the Nanbei Studio team.

First of all, we sincerely apologize!

Several team members at our studio have recently come down with the flu, and there’s even been some cross-infection, which has seriously disrupted our development schedule.

As a result, the originally planned updates for this week — “Zhao Yun’s Story” and the Hypothetical General Zhuge Liang — will likely be delayed by a few days.
We’re now working hard on development and testing, and aim to release them by the end of this week.

As for “Taishi Ci’s Story”, we encountered some technical issues during the final review. Also, we weren’t entirely satisfied with some of the content and details, so we’ve decided to rework part of it. We now plan to release it by the end of next week.

We’re truly sorry that we couldn’t “submit our work” as scheduled. 🙏
Our team is doing our best to get back on track and resume the regular update pace as soon as possible, so we can bring you more exciting content.

ver_1.6.5 Update Log

Hello everyone!

We’ve just pushed a new update package. This version includes several fixes and new features that may affect your gameplay experience. You can check your current version (ver_1.6.5) in the top-left corner of the game menu.

[Bug Fixes]
  • Fixed a bug where Secret Technique Books could be generated infinitely (originally limited to 3 copies)
  • Fixed several text display issues
[Optimizations & New Features]
  • Added a difficulty option to control whether Secret Techniques can be passed on
  • The [Auto Training by PC] feature is now officially available (customized preset stat allocation will be added in future updates)
  • Secret Techniques learned from books can no longer reach full original strength; a new upgrade tier called [True Transmission: 秘伝] has been added
  • You can now press ALT to view detailed info on Secret Technique Books

ver_1.6.4 Update Log

Hello everyone!

We've just released a new patch. This update mainly focuses on fixes and improvements that may impact your gameplay experience, as well as adjustments related to the recently introduced major features. The current version is ver_1.6.4, and you can confirm whether you're on the latest version by checking the top-left corner of the main menu screen.

Additionally, due to our script teammate’s ongoing health issues, the [Auto-Training by PC] feature has a critical bug. In order to ensure your gameplay experience, we’ve decided to postpone its release to next week after more thorough testing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

Here are the details of this update:

[Bug Fixes]
  • Fixed a rare softlock issue during tomb exploration
  • Fixed incorrect food supply (previously, team leaders were charged double)
  • Fixed incorrect tooltip display of food supply status in bandit camps, noble households, and player homes
  • Fixed an issue where using the same type of advisor skill multiple times in one battle could cause control loss
  • Corrected several text errors
[Optimizations]
  • Improved game loading speed

ver_1.6.3 Patch Notes — Ultimate Skill Secret Manuals Are Live!

Hello everyone!

We’ve just released a new patch with several fixes and feature updates that may impact your gameplay. Most notably, the long-awaited Ultimate Skill Secret Manual system is now live!
You can check your current version (ver_1.6.3) in the top-left corner of the game menu.

[Major Update]
  • Ultimate Skill Secret Manual system has been officially implemented

When a general fully accumulates [Ultimate Skill EXP], they will produce a Secret Manual. Other generals can learn the skill by studying the manual.

※Please note: [Ultimate Skills] learned from Secret Manuals will not generate additional manuals.
  • The "Lure the Spirits" feature will now also yield Weapon Crystals.
[Bug Fixes]
  • Fixed an issue where skill SP cost was not correctly affected by talents.
  • Fixed a bug where pressing ESC during stat allocation could result in duplicate point assignments.
[Optimizations]
  • Talent skill cooldowns now work as intended (e.g., Sword line), though the tooltip display is currently incorrect. (The dev in charge is out sick—we’ll fix this soon!)
  • Added tooltip info for troops in the formation setup screen.
📌 Note on "Honor Soul Crystals"
Some players have reported being unable to obtain [Honor Soul Crystals]. Please note: Initial noble clans do not refresh these items. You can check the noble clan level in-game to ensure availability.
