UPDATE 0.2.30 - Patch Notes

[p]Yep, the mirror has been replaced by a dresser. Why, you ask? Well we are using the mirror for something else, that will be added very soon.

Just a quick heads up, we have seen the issues some of you are having with lag, so we are fixing it as well. The dev team is 5 people, so while one of us works on something like an improvement, another is working on fixing reported bugs. We appreciate your patience, and we promise we will have it sorted as soon as we can.

  • [p]NPCs are no longer stuck in swimming if you move the pool where they were.[/p]
  • [p]NPCs don't get stuck if you destroy the pool they were using.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed cases where staff could get stuck on the destruction of items if they were interacting with them.[/p]
  • [p]Diving boards from 0-2 stars can no longer be placed inside bushes[/p]
  • [p]Fixes on the builder/maintenance staff to avoid them getting stuck in some scenarios.[/p]
[p][/p][p][/p][h3]IMPROVEMENTS[/h3]
  • [p] Twitcher integration now allows you to choose the gender of visitors or hires by adding m or f after the !visit or !hireme command[/p]
  • [p]A status indicator in-game to show if the bot is connected to the game via Twitch channel[/p]
  • [p]Added some extra info to help connections[/p]
  • [p]Added new animations to staff restocking vending machines[/p]

Twitch integration and a message to you all.

[p]First of all in behalf of our tiny team we want to say thanks. Never in our wildest dreams 2 weeks ago did we expect that our game still in Early Access would be so well received in such a short time.
It's been a wild ride and all of you motivate us to work even more on the game and bring you the best experience possible.

Some quick highlights that happened in the past 2 weeks (Most we still can't believe are true)[/p]
  • [p]Reached almost 7000 players, playing the game at the same time[/p]
  • [p]Over 20 builds of the game made [/p]
  • [p]Over 2.5 million hours of streams watched of our game[/p]
  • [p]So many streamers playing the game that we couldn't visit them all like we had planned (but we did try to say hello and chat to all we meet in the streams)[/p]
  • [p]Caseoh meet Queso in the game and has been playing us in his streams (and we love every second of it)[/p]
  • [p]Valkyrae joined in our madness and is now the sound of our seagulls[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
[p]There are truly no words to thank you all for this and we really want to do our best to give you the game you deserve.[/p]

Beta testing
[p] Related to this we are happy to announce that we are opening our beta testing branch soon. This branch will allow you to try new features before the public release (and yes this includes multiplayer when it's ready to test) and helps us reinforce the stress testing that our QA team already does. Twitch Integration
[p][/p][p][/p][p]And for all of those that love being of part of the streams they are watching we have now released the first version of our Twitch integration. More fun features will come but for now if a streamer has Twitch integration active you can join their game via commands

UPDATE 0.2.26 - Patch Notes

[p]Quite a lot to digest on this one, so let's just dig into it. [/p][p][/p][p]Major things for you guys is now you get a stronger save system (it even does 2 backups, not just 1) and some major buffs to staff.
Also, there is a new menu with some nice QOLs that we noticed you guys asking for (and even creating mods for it, so special thanks to the mod community for the extra inspiration to get us to create these.)

  • [p]Improvements in pathfinding for visitors and staff[/p]
  • [p]"Wishlist now" button removed from main menu (yes, we all missed it for over a week)[/p]
  • [p]Made it impossible to build anything on the street level (outside of the park)[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue that would cause janitors to get stuck[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug that in some situations could make visitors' clothes...well... disappear[/p]

  • [p]Major improvements (almost a rework to be honest) in the saving system to make it even more sturdy and less likely to corrupt[/p]
  • [p]Added new instructions messages in case something is wrong with the save file[/p]
  • [p]Buffed the precision of staff[/p]
  • [p]Made the efficiency % of staff more logical for their levels (which means they got buffed)[/p]
  • [p]Raised the minimum % efficiency from 45 to 75 % for level 1 employees (max 100)[/p]
  • [p]Improved messages in case of staff failing a task[/p]
  • [p]Decoration points improved in many items[/p]
  • [p]Many task list requirements were reworked and improved for the player[/p]
  • [p]Improved hunger and thirst levels of visitors[/p]
