v1.03 - Another bugfix patch

- Fixed a bug where some player's mics won't work
- Fixed leaderboard showing up too early upon beating the game and obscuring the end scene
- Fixed a bug where creating a new save with the same name as an old save would transfer the player positions of the old save
- Made a character's voice lines quieter
- Removed a level cheese
- Made boulder teleporter more visible from a distance
- Some other smaller issues
