[p]I hope to get your help with the following items as you play this new build:[/p]
  • [p]Report bugs via in-game menu button (avoid Steam discussions for now as they are harder to keep track of there. Please use the in-game bug reporting tool)[/p]
  • [p]Fill out new survey (find the button in the in-game pause menu)[/p]
  • [p]Send any feedback, suggestions, and ideas via the in-game feedback menu button[/p]

Public Beta #2 Update

[h2]❗UPDATE❗[/h2][p]Due to some unexpected (but positive) personal events, I plan on pushing back the next beta to sometime in the beginning of April. [/p][p][/p][p]This will give me enough time to resolve some personal things and properly playtest all the changes that I'm excited for you to play. WHAT'S NEXT?
[p]Based on player feedback, the overall gameplay loop is there but a few things are missing the mark. I plan on making the following changes for the next playtest to gather more feedback and am looking forward to hearing what you think! Those changes will include:[/p]
  • [p]More meaningful Base Module upgrades[/p]
  • [p]Scrapping system overhaul and more uses for scrapped items[/p]
  • [p]More difficult and rewarding Night Raids (they currently feel too similar to a normal raid)[/p]
  • [p]Simplified and more meaningful Danger system (red skulls determining map difficulty and loot value)[/p]
  • [p]More satisfying enemy AI (this is a big one for many players)[/p]
  • [p]Trader Inventory overhaul[/p]
  • [p]Improved tutorial to include explanations for things like ergonomics and various ammo types[/p]
  • [p]Inventory / weight management (items were generally too heavy)[/p]
  • [p]Common material availability (many struggled to find enough basic items like cloth, metal, etc.)[/p]
  • [p]A few new surprises and systems :)[/p]

[p]Due to some scheduling conflicts that came up, the first public beta is live right now! Request access on the store page and begin playing immediately![/p][p]This beta is planned to run from 12-16-2025 to the end of 12-21-2025. Enjoy a week of early playtesting :)[/p][p][/p]
