  1. [p]When you encounter the issue, do not quit the game.[/p]

  3. [p]Overwrite and verify your saves.[/p][p]Exit the game and overwrite your local save file with the cloud save file, then restart the game.[/p][p]If your in-game progress is as expected, the issue has been resolved. If not, then carry on to the next step."[/p]
  4. [p]Access the device with the latest save.[/p][p]Make a backup of the save file on the device with the newest save, then switch Steam to offline mode to prevent the local save from being overwritten.[/p][p]Enter the game and confirm that your game progress is as expected, then exit the game and switch Steam back to online mode.[/p][p]When Steam notifies you of a conflict between local and cloud saves, choose to save the local file to the cloud. This should fix the issue.[/p]
