Cursed Orb hotfix

Hello, another small update for today:

Fixed a bug with the Cursed Orb carriage which could cause other carriages to do negative damage.
Fixed some buggy code within the Engineer carriage's turrets which may cause firing missiles to fail sometimes.
???: Buffed damage significantly.
