Playtest Number 3 starts in a week – Access Guaranteed
Hear ye, hear ye, Scyrons!
Next week is Playtest weekjust as promised in our most recent announcement.

So, Thursday, October 16 we will open the gates to EverSiege once more to allow registered players to join us in testing the ins and outs of the game. In case you have already received an invitation for a previous Playtest, you are more than welcome to return as your invitation remains valid for this and future playtests.

All new registrations until the launch of the playtest on October 16 will have guaranteed access.
Legacy testers of course keep access.
About the build
A lot has changed since the last Playtest, both under and above the hood.
For example: Remember the battle prep screenshot we shared in our last update? Well, now you’ll be able to use it. Once a suggestion from a user, it is now available for testing! And that’s not the only new addition.

Alongside the ‘battle prep’ menu, we also added a whole new way to display and interact with the meta progression of the game in the hub. Speaking of progression, timeline distortions also received a major rework and wargears can now be upgraded. Buildings now also level up and received touch-ups on their upgrades.

On the game feel front we also worked with your feedback:
 • Direct controls are now fully available
 • Run on “shift + click”
 • Running doesn’t stop stamina regen anymore
 • Toggle auto attack range indicator by pressing ‘alt’
 • Tutorial rework (still WIP).

Everyone that is looking for a bit more of a challenge will be happy to hear that we also turned up the difficulty on the final bosses a bit. In addition to that, the way Towers and Gates work together has been adjusted and (!) you can now shop from anywhere on the map. Pretty darn fancy, amirite?
💡Important disclaimer
We are still heavily working on the co-op feature for November’s Tech Test. It will hence remain unavailable in this Playtest.
About the Playtest
The focus of this Playtest lies on polishing the early solo experience.

Feedback on the onboarding experience & early progression, but also the character controls & progression are especially interesting to us. Other points of interest, suggestions or feedback on game loop and systems are of course also always welcome.

To share your insights, experience and feedback with us, please do so on our dedicated Discord server. At this stage we won’t be able to fully get into comments on Steam’s discussion forums.
Important information
• 16th October - 20th October
 • Public, but limited attendance list
 • Automated participant selection through Steam
 • No restrictions on sharing and showing content online
