[/p][p][/p][p]Let’s break down what we showed off:[/p][p]⚔️ 1 playable Funguy, ready to rumble[/p][p]🔫 2 deliciously goofy weapons — the Throwing Grapes and the Watermelon Axe[/p][p]🏟️ 1 epic arena to test your skills. Dive in and try to survive the swarm.[/p][h3][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/h3][h2]Meet the Funguys[/h2][p][/p][p]Each Funguy has its own weird and wonderful way of surviving the swarm, whether you're looking for raw power, speedy shenanigans, or pure mayhem, there's a Funguy for you![/p][p][/p][p]First up, let's meet Shroomba![/p][p][Hi again, Shroomba][/p][p][/p][p]Shroomba is the fearless leader of the Funguys, always ready to charge headfirst into the chaos! [/p][p][/p][p]With his sturdy mushroom cap and positive attitude, he's tough enough to take a hit and strong enough to dish out spore-tacular punishment.

Character Special Skills: Iron Shroom[/p][p][/p][p][Whoosh whoosh whoosh BAM!][/p][p][/p][h2]Fruits of Destruction[/h2][p][/p][p]We have 4 weapons:[/p][p][/p][p][Peel the Power][/p][p][/p][p]Each weapon bring themselves a unique skill you can pick from in the arena.  Explain melee and ranged weapons, and how they have specific skills. [/p][p][/p][p]Let's start with the first one, Watermelon Axe.[/p][p][/p][h2]Watermelon Axe[/h2][p][From Farm to Battle, This is Watermelon Axe!][/p][p][/p][p]The watermelon axe is Shroomba's favorite weapon. This weapon also has special skills! Here are 2 out of the 3 special skills that are available when you choose Watermelon Axe.[/p][p][/p][p]Watermelon Axe Skill 1: Moon Slash[/p][p][/p][p][GETSUGA TENS... Am I allowed to say that?][/p][p][/p][p]Watermelon Skill 2: Bubble Jump[/p][p][/p][p][Pop Pop Pop!][/p][p][/p][h2]Skills[/h2][p][/p][p]In the arena, as you defeat enemies, defeated enemies will drop XP beans. [/p][p][/p][p]Enemies will drop XP Beans when defeated. Once you have enough XP, you will level up. Every time you level up, you can pick from 3 skills.[/p][p][/p][p]There are two kinds of skills: Active Skills and Passive Skills.[/p][p][/p][p]Active Skills[/p][p][/p][p][X marks the boom][/p][p][/p][p]Active skills are the skills you pick that immediately give visible skill that can be progressed. Active skills can be leveled up from 1 to 7. Each level up strengthens that particular skill. [/p][p][/p][p]Skill Showcase: Passive Skills [Wider reach for all range-based skills][/p][p][/p][p]Passive skills strengthen all the other active skills that synergized with the passive skills. E.g. Wide Reach increase the range of Shockwave (the skill above).[/p][p][/p][h2]Arena Showcase: Carrot Farm[/h2][p][/p][p][/p][p]Welcome to Carrot Farm, the perfect patch for sprouting new survivors! This cozy countryside hideout is free from tricky hazards, making it the ideal spot to get your feet (and maybe your spores) wet.[/p][p][/p][p]ENEMY 1: Chilli Pepper[/p][p][/p][p][Easy to defeat alone, dangerous as swarms][/p][p][/p][p]ENEMY 2: Pomegrenade[/p][p][/p][p][Dangerous up-close - explodes when they get close to you][/p][p][/p][p]ENEMY 3: Peashooter[/p][p][/p][p][Dangerous from afar][/p][p][/p][h2]What's Next[/h2][p][/p][p][/p]

Hotfix-0.1.5-Demo Version

[p]Hi Funguys![/p][p][/p][p]We're releasing another hotfix with various improvements and fix some bugs in the demo.[/p][p]We’re incredibly grateful for your thoughtful feedback, and we hope this hotfix shall help you rise against the Fire King's Army![/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][h3][/h3][h3]Improvements[/h3]
  • [p]Reroll is now bound to the Y button on controller.[/p]
  • [p]When revived in combat, the player now returns with a full heart (instead of just 1 heart).[/p]
  • [p]Improved Level Selection UI: future game modes no longer display by default — you can now switch between available modes using a button. (More modes coming soon!)[/p][p][/p]
[h3]Bugfixes[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed various localization and button prompt errors.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed the Splash Shot damage calculation error introduced by the Shatter rework.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where enemies could become invulnerable when afflicted with both Freeze and Flat status effects.[/p]

Hotfix-0.1.4-Demo Version

[p]Hi Funguys![/p][p][/p][p]Steam Next Fest is over, thank you SO much for playing and sending in your feedback![/p][p]We’ve just dropped the 0.1.4-Demo Version update to address some of the things you've pointed out. Here’s what’s new:[/p]
  • [p]Skill and Passive cards are now back to have 7 levels instead of 10! [/p]
    • [p]Mutations appear at level 4 and 7. This means faster pacing, more meaningful upgrades, and more importantly, you get to pick more Mutations per run![/p]
  • [p](NEW) Rerolls! By popular demand, you can now unlock Reroll Tokens from Starpath that will give you 3 Reroll Tokens every time you go to the Carrot Farm. More Reroll Tokens and variations will be available in Early Access![/p]
  • [p]The Skills Info panel can now be closed by pressing again TAB on the keyboard or Select button on the controller.[/p][p] [/p]

  • [p]Reduced Dash Cooldown from 7.5s to 6s.[/p]
  • [p]Slightly increase the chance of health drops to spawn.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed Manafall sometimes does not target the right enemies.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Manafall Crystals now get destroyed by enemies' attacks (such as projectiles and explosives).[/p]
[p]Repulsive Shock[/p]
  • [p]Changed Unstable Garlic mutation now does not also reduce the radius, instead it now always temporarily increases the radius while radiating before returning to the original radius.[/p]
[p]Thunder Spear[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Thunder Spear sometimes spawns attached to the player even when there are no mutations taken.[/p]
[p]Enemies[/p]
  • [p]Reduced Carrot Farm 3rd elite HP from 16K to 14K.[/p]
  • [p]Reduced Appletini HP from 46K to 42K.[/p]
