RPS DamageType Balance Update Reminder

Rebels, just a quick reminder of the 5/29 update next week. In the last update, restrictions were placed, that prevented Xeno Weapons and Specials from being equipped to Umbra hulls and Xeno damage resistance on Pharmakon Hulls.
