The Steam page has now been updated with new screenshots, new gifs, and even a new VHS trailer![/p][p][/p][p]The demo is coming soon, this will be the first time a playable version of the first level will be made public, so feedback and thoughts will be very welcome! [/p][p][/p][p]Perhaps that's enough text, and now it's time to show the game itself?[/p][p][/p][h3]The Apartment [/h3][p][/p][p]Welcome to the "hub area" of Dead Format, where you can watch video tapes and catch your breath. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]VHS Tapes[/h3][p][/p][p]These illegal VHS tapes were banned for a reason. Upon viewing, you will be transported to different film eras, each providing new clues as to where your brother might be. [/p][p]The first universe to explore is the Silent Era. Thick fog weighs heavily on your shoulders as thunderstorms ripple through the sky. Make your way through catacombs, with every step revealing new mysteries and events that were best left to be forgotten.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][h3]What's in the demo?[/h3][p][/p][p]Exploring the worlds follows the classic survival horror formula where new paths are unlocked after major discoveries. Players then return to the hub with their new learnings and can push on through different paths.[/p][p]To avoid too many spoilers, you will be travelling in the Silent Era universe described above.
