The Week Ahead: Fancy Footwear, Fiery Deities, and Coding Legends

[p]It’s a jam-packed week in CUE, with everything from American Folklore to Raging Rivers on the horizon - but before the full wave hits, we’re giving you a sneak peek at a few standout cards to kick things off.[/p][p]Tonatiuh[/p][p][/p][p]We’re starting strong with the Aztec sun god himself - Tōnatiuh. Known for his golden face, fiery hair, and perpetually worried expression, he’s battled through the underworld time and again just to bring us the sunrise. But that kind of grind doesn’t come cheap - he needed a steady supply of human hearts to keep going. Honestly? Can’t blame him.[/p][p]60 permanent power is up for grabs if you can weave 4 Exploring the Stars cards into your deck building this week.[/p][p]Flip-Flops[/p][p][/p][p]The sun’s been blazing over here at CUE, and we’re definitely craving a cool sea breeze - but there’s no time to chill. Our latest fancy fashion card has just landed, and we’re racing to get our hands on it. If rainbow decks with a splash of ocean flair are your thing, this one’s calling your name.[/p][p]Margaret Hamilton[/p][p][/p][p]This was one of those “how did we not have her already?” moments - we’re thrilled to finally welcome Margaret Hamilton to the game.[/p][p]There’s a good chance you’ve seen the picture on the front of this card before, and for good reason. Taken in 1969, it shows Margaret Hamilton standing next to the giant pile of code produced for the Apollo Guidance Computer, so-named “the fourth astronaut” by the three human ones who relied on it - Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins.[/p][p]
Keep it CUE![/p]
