Addition of the shortcut for the settings menu

[p]I noticed something missing : the Escape key didn’t open the settings menu, this has now been fixed.[/p][p]In solo mode, all building menus must be closed. Basically, if a menu is open, the first press will close the menus and the second press will open the settings menu.[/p][p]In multiplayer, there’s no need to close all the building menus since the Escape key is a shortcut reserved for solo mode to close building menus.[/p]
