Sound Overhaul Completed

[p]I've just added the final sounds for building construction:[/p]

  • [p]Farm[/p]
  • [p]Forge[/p]
  • [p]Stonemason[/p]
  • [p]Lumber Camp[/p]
[p]On top of that, new sounds for opening and closing the crafting menu have been added.[/p][p]With all these high-quality new sounds, your gameplay experience will be even better ![/p][p]I hope you'll enjoy them. Only a few final visual improvements remain before we can move on to version 1.0 of Idle Together !![/p]

🛠️ HUD Overhaul Completed & Bug Fixes

[p]Today, we say goodbye to the blue buttons ![/p][p]All buttons have been replaced, and I took the opportunity to smooth out the icons to better match the font style.[/p][p]I also reduced button sizes to make the interface feel cleaner and more refined. ✨[/p][p]On the bug-fixing side, I patched the following menus :[/p]

  • [p]AFK Farm Return 🌾[/p]
[p]Finally, the Rebirth bugs have been addressed :

Interface Update

[p][/p][p]After many small interface tweaks, we're reaching a new milestone today.[/p][p]To explain what has been done: I once again called on the artist who creates the villager skins to improve the game’s interface. He designed the new information panels as well as the matching buttons.[/p][p]On my side, I reworked part of the blue elements. I still need more time to update everything and ensure a perfectly consistent style, but the bulk of it is done. Since the new panels are thicker than the old ones, I had to rework all the interfaces to make them look right (especially the building upgrade panels, a real nightmare to redo).[/p][p]It’s also possible that I introduced some bugs in the process. If you spot any, please head over to Discord to report them.[/p][p]It does feel a bit odd switching from cold blues to warm wood tones, but with a bit of time and a few refinements, it will look much better this way ![/p][p]Unrelated, but I also changed how the game starts or resumes, the music now plays immediately, no more waiting several minutes to hear anything.[/p][p]Another fix : during the game’s introduction, the mouse cursor is now properly replaced with the hand-shaped one.[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p]

Cursor Update

[p]It’s finally here, I teased it long enough! The cursors are ready ![/p][p]Each player gets a different cursor band color, plus a click animation.[/p][p]In short, we finally have immersive and stylish cursors ![/p][p]A good cursor really makes a big difference! I hope you’ll like them !!![/p][p]Also, I’ve updated the intro, your cursor is now visible right away.[/p]

Spoiler + Multiplayer Optimization

[p]New graphic improvements are coming very soon! I’ve once again asked the artist who designed the villagers’ skins to help polish the interface. I’ll be sharing everything on the Discord server, so make sure to join it.[/p][p]To give you a preview of the upcoming cursor prototype, here it is :[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Also, while digging through the code to help a fellow dev, I spotted a small multiplayer bug that I’ve now patched. It slightly improves lag in multiplayer, it’s a tiny fix, but it’s done ![/p]
