Other Control improvements

- Mission Objectives display mode is now On/Off/Auto
Default is On
- Modified Objectives Display
- Illuminated cockpit controls when they are active mission objective
i.e. when objective is 'Flaps to VSTOL', flaps switch pulses green
- Fixed multiple issues with weapons training missions
- Dampened yaw & pitch rates (reducing subtle A/C 'wobble' effect)
- Radial Menu
Added vehicle specific commands
- i.e. KC767, deploy drogue, deploy boom, arm spoilers, deploy thrust reversers, open cargo door etc
- Re-enabled missing drogues on KC767, fixed tanker behaviour
- Added mouse pointer offset to VR gaze cockpit interaction

Cycles through weapon specific sub-modes
i.e. When using AGM-65 Maverick, press this to enable IR TV display
Fixed radar issue where scan width & bars count was overwritten
Fixed 2 potential CTD issues when dogfighting

- VR Controllers ON/OFF now works correctly
When off, hands will grip throttle & stick, input will be taken from your standard control inputs
- Added In-Game Help section to lower part of UI
First section added is VR, describing control modes and relevant input mappings
Includes directions for how to setup controllers for use with Virtual Desktop
avoids issue where hands appear in front of face
- Re-enabled dark background in UI controls mapping screens to improve legibility
