Couple more fixes related to the anomaly-based achievements

• Fixed an issue that could allow the achievements Anomalous and Astronomalous to be unlocked from a victory without the correct anomaly scores
  
• Fixed an issue causing the anomaly "Capped Off" to grant less multiplier than stated
