Biome Based Buildings
[p]A long awaited feature to buildings hit Romestead today! Biome based buildings![/p][p]It has always been a vision that buildings should be impacted on where you build them. For example, some of you may have noticed that the market changes its stock in certain biomes, but this now applies to other buildings as well.[/p][p]When you place a building you'll be able to see the biome it's located in, and the effect that it provides. Lumberyards will be even more effective in the forest biome, and Blacksmiths do not require fuel in the volcanic biome. [/p][p]These are only two examples, as we'd like for you to explore the rest on your own as you expand your empire. This feature will be even more expanded on as development progresses.[/p][p][/p]
New Experimental Raid System
[p]We've noticed a growing dislike towards raids, and their unintended counter-exploration behaviour! So along with this update, we're testing a new way to fight raids.[/p][p]From now on, Raids are extremely rare. Instead, the carpenter now allows you to craft a new crafting station. The War Table[/p][p]This War Table lets you craft Declarations of War against your enemies, provoking them into attacking your town.[/p][p]Activating a declaration of war will start a raid against you, letting you control when and where you take on the fight. [/p][p]This system may change drastically (or vanish depending on opinions) over the next few weeks, so please let us know what you think![/p][p][/p]

[p]...and some additional fixes and changes! [/p][p]Happy adventuring! [/p]
