[RESOLVED] Ongoing Server Issues
[p]Update 3: All server issues should now be resolved and all players should have access to their islands again.[/p][p]Update 2: Unfortunately, we've identified a remaining server crash that is preventing some players from loading their island saves. We are diagnosing the crash right now. 🙏
Update: The hotfix to fix ongoing server issues is now live. All players are advised to exit their islands and restart their game to download the update as soon as possible. You should no longer experience connectivity issues, islands not appearing on your world lists, or item rollbacks.[/p][p][/p][p]We are currently working on a hotfix to address a handful of critical issues that have arisen post-Patch 1.[/p][p]We are aware of increased server crashes, which may be causing islands not to save properly. This can result in loss of items (inventories not saving).[/p][p]We are also aware of server connectivity issues. You may have problems joining your island or seeing your island on the World list until this is resolved. We are working diligently to identify these issues.[/p][p]We know this is not an ideal situation, and we appreciate your patience with us as we work to resolve these issues as quickly as we can.[/p]
