Anomaly Log Update #003 - Dr. Emilia Gates

At 18:32 local time, watch personnel at the Southern Victoria Outpost on Western Island reported the sudden appearance of a beached vessel along the shoreline. The wreck had not been present even an hour earlier, yet the vessel’s condition suggests prolonged environmental exposure.
Visual assessment identified the boat as a 23-foot cabin cruiser. Though heavily eroded, the registration number was confirmed via side panel etching and matched to the Witchcraft, a yacht reported missing off the coast of Miami in 1967. According to Universe Mundus records, the vessel vanished only one mile offshore after issuing a non-emergency distress call.
Here in Victoria, the Witchcraft has manifested fully deteriorated, lodged in the sand within direct line of sight of our outpost. Its presence was abrupt as if it phase-shifted into position mid-tide. Despite clear signs of long-term degradation, there are no indicators of impact-related damage.
If Witchcraft did breach the Rift and appear now, aged and weathered, it reinforces our working theory: Victoria receives displaced matter along an asynchronous timeline. The past in Universe Mundus can emerge in our present, long after or even before the event itself.
I have recorded coordinates and submitted photographic documentation for archival cross-reference. Given the vessel’s sudden appearance and its proximity to our perimeter, this may be the first known instance of Rift activity occurring in direct view.
