High Above Skylog Number 1: Testing The Japanese Theme

Hello everyone!

I thought I’d share a little update on what I’ve been working on these past few weeks. Lately, I’ve been focusing on polishing High Above a bit more - tweaking things here and there, and slowly adding some new, more complex features to the game.

As you probably know, in High Above you’ll be able to create your own little rooftop retreats, picking from different styles and building cozy spaces up in the clouds. Recently, I’ve been working on expanding one of those styles: a Japanese-inspired rooftop.

My goal is to give you as many tools as possible to create something that feels personal and unique. So I’ve been adding things like decorative trims for walls, styled windows, new plants, and furniture pieces, little details that (hopefully!) help bring your rooftop to life.

Here’s a small video to show you what I mean:

And now I’d love to hear from you!

1. What do you think about this Japanese-inspired style?
2. Would you imagine building something smaller and minimal... or bigger and more elaborate?

Feel free to share your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions in the comments. I always love hearing what you think.

Thanks so much for following along. Talk to you soon,

Alex
