Greeting miners! its time for a big update with new ways to play the game. entirely different systems, and gameplay style!

[/h3][p]✨ Major Features & Progression[/p]
  • [p]New Upgrade Tree: Enemies now drop Gems, which can be spent in our brand-new progression tree. Use Gems to unlock and upgrade towers, character stats, diggers, and collectors.[/p]
  • [p]New Guard Companions: You can now purchase Guards from the tech tree that actively follow your character and help you fight off enemies![/p]
  • [p]Character Overhaul: We have completely revamped the player character with a brand-new 3D mesh, updated animations, and totally rebuilt shooting and mining systems for a much better feel.[/p]
[p]βš”οΈ Gameplay & Combat[/p]
  • [p]Simultaneous Spawner Logic: Overhauled the enemy spawner system to allow for simultaneous spawns, making defense waves much more intense and dynamic.[/p]
  • [p]Anti-Camping Hazard: Watch your head! We introduced Ceiling Rockfalls to punish players who try to camp in one safe spot for too long.[/p]
  • [p]Tower Build Capacity: Introduced a tower build limit to balance out the defense phase and encourage more strategic tower placement.[/p]
  • [p]Streamlined Game Flow: Removed the old "Preparing Mode" entirely and added a highly requested "Skip Mining" button to keep the action moving at your pace.[/p]

  • [p]Pathing Redesign: Completely redesigned the enemy spawn points and paths across all existing levels for better balance and flow.[/p]
  • [p]Blocking Doors: Reworked the blocking door mechanics to make them more reliable and intuitive during gameplay.[/p]
[p]🎨 Visuals & Audio[/p]
  • [p]Original Soundtrack: Added an entirely new, atmospheric soundtrack to the game.[/p]
  • [p]Fresh SFX: Implemented new sound effects across the board for a punchier audio experience.[/p]
  • [p]Collector Animations: Collectors now have a satisfying new animation where they physically throw mined minerals back to your base.[/p]
  • [p]Brighter Projectiles: Enhanced character bullets with brighter colors and a more appealing design to make combat easier to track.[/p]

  • [p]Camera "See-Through" Shader: Implemented a new shader that makes walls and chests transparent when they block the camera, ensuring you never lose sight of the action.[/p]
  • [p]Phase UI Animations: Added smooth new UI animations that clearly announce the transition between the Defending and Mining phases.[/p]
  • [p]Improved Build Mode: Build mode now features clear, icon-based on-screen text prompts (Left Click to Build / Right Click to Cancel) alongside new animations.[/p]
  • [p]Shorter Tutorial: Reworked the onboarding tutorial to be much faster, easier to understand, and quicker to get you into the actual game.[/p]
  • [p]Mineral Tooltips: Added helpful tooltips that display exactly how many minerals you have.[/p]

  • [p]Fixed the infamous "Ghost Bullets" bug where your shots would occasionally pass right through enemies without dealing damage.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where Collectors would slack off and stop gathering minerals during the Defend phase.[/p]

Deepstone Rift Hotfixes!

[p]Hello miners,[/p][p]Over the last week we listened to your feedback and reports and we delivered on fixes, here is a break down of what's changed and fixed:[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where saves resets every time player close the game and opens it again[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with text to be continue showing on every end screen[/p]
  • [p]Removed a Trap arrow covering the end screen[/p]
  • [p]Fixed Some UI elements blocking tower selection[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where shortcuts for towers from 1 to 10 numbers does not works[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where game stay dimmed after unpausing[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where worker spawn in random places away from the base, and no animation on spawn and no particle systems[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where game plays weird sounds on main menu[/p]
  • [p]Possible fix for an issue where block selection shader, gets big white bloom (if you encounter this issue please report it)[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where tutorial and and digger unit getting stuck due path finding[/p]

[p]Hello miners,[/p][p][/p][p]A quick hotfix to solve crtical issues, thanks for your feedback![/p][p]- Fixed an issue where saves resets everytime player close the game and opens it again[/p][p]- Fixed an issue with text to be continue showing on every end screen[/p][p]- Removed a Trap arrow covering the end screen[/p][p]- Fixed Some UI elements blocking tower selection[/p][p][/p][p]Important note: for existing players who played the game, they have to play it again to unlock the towers.
