[h2]๐ŸŒฑ Hey there! Your feedback has helped us make Leaf Blower Co. even better! [/h2][p][/p][p]As you might have seen in our previous post, we are heading to Cologne for Gamescom 2025. The event runs from 20 to 24 August and if you are also attending, you can come meet us in person.[/p][p]We will be at The Indie Arena Booth where you can try out Forklift games, chat with the team, pick up exclusive giveaways and snap some fun photos with us. We will be there in full leaf blowing spirit and would love to meet you.[/p][p][/p][p]But there is more. Steam is already featuring all Gamescom participants today and to celebrate we have updated the Leaf Blower Co. Demo. This update is based directly on your feedback and we are incredibly grateful for all the suggestions, bug reports and ideas you have shared. They have helped us make the game even better for everyone.   • [p]New job selection board: all jobs are now represented as postcards on a map, including bonus jobs[/p]
  • [p]Mushrooms added (similar to weeds) to burn on ground and trees[/p]
  • [p]New level unlocked after first area cleared (not seen before in the demo)[/p]
  • [p]New "No Zones Mode" Prototype available in HUB โ€” play without zones[/p]
  • [p]Bonus Work now has random weather and time[/p]
  • [p]Air now blows along the ground instead of just at leaves which are pointed at directly[/p]
  • [p]New butterflies added to the Mayorโ€™s house[/p]
  • [p]Clean wipes happen in each zone for every 25% of total leaves collected in that zone[/p]

  • [p]XP now earned twice as fast[/p]
  • [p]Leaves are randomly dispersed on each level every time you play[/p]
  • [p]Crows are random across all levels theyโ€™re in[/p]
  • [p]Weeds are random across all levels theyโ€™re in[/p]
  • [p]Leaves will not get kicked forward in first person mode but will in 3rd person mode[/p]
  • [p]Tarp bag stacking improved[/p]
  • [p]Bins now have a cluster mode that counts leaves blown into them continuously until 3 seconds have elapsed without any getting blown in, then displays and awards points[/p]
  • [p]Bins count down the number of leaves remaining[/p]
  • [p]Ground Circle on for Shredder, off for Leafblower (default setting)[/p]
[p]๐ŸŽจ Visuals and UI[/p]
  • [p]New animations and floor wipes for cleared areas (every 25% cleared) with on-screen indication[/p]
  • [p]UI updates to show progression[/p]
  • [p]Ground circle indicator off by default, can be enabled in Settings โ†’ General[/p]
  • [p]FOV now available as an option in Settings[/p]
  • [p]The TAB key now toggles the HUD on and off[/p]

  • [p]Bug with "mushroom taken care of" text on the UI causing the level radial wheel to be the wrong size is now fixed[/p]
