⚓Patch Notes - 250624⚓
🎙️ Hey hey, haunted anglers!
[p]We’ve been untangling more bugs and cleaning the deck after the last few chaotic voyages. This patch is a smaller one, but it's all about quality-of-life and weird fish behavior — the wiggling has been stopped, the wardrobe now makes satisfying sounds, and the lobby won't instantly betray you.
We're listening, tweaking, and slowly making the seas a little smoother (and louder).[/p]

🔧 What’s New
• [p]🐟 Fish no longer jitter and spasm on the boat
Turns out frozen fish don’t flop.[/p]
  • [p]❄️ Inventory fish now freeze in place
They stay right where you left them — no more accidental cannonballing.[/p]
  • [p]💀 Lobby no longer kills the entire crew when one player leaves
Who knew the lobby wasn’t supposed to be the final boss?[/p]
  • [p]🔊 Base VOIP volume increased
You can now hear your crewmates panic a little more clearly.[/p]
  • [p]🧭 Codfather “heads up” ping
A radar ping now plays when he's locked on to your scent — RUN.[/p]
  • [p]🛍️ UI sounds added[/p]
    • [p]Missing hover sounds filled in[/p]
    • [p]Wardrobe now opens and closes with actual sound. Satisfying.[/p]

🌊 Thanks for sailing with us
[p]We’re keeping the chaos alive, but hopefully a little less fish-floppy. Your bug reports, screams, and cursed screenshots help us keep making Dreadline better — one haunted harpoon at a time.[/p][p]See you out there, and remember: frozen fish don’t scream.[/p]

⚓Patch Notes - 250619⚓

[p]Ahoy again, dredgers of the deep![/p][p]We've been swimming through your feedback and squashing some of the slipperiest bugs yet. From phantom boats clipping through islands to mysterious shop upgrades with zero explanation — this patch should smooth out some of the roughest waters.[/p][p]Thanks to everyone who's been testing, breaking, and occasionally screaming their way through Dreadline — you're helping us reel in the chaos, one patch at a time.[/p][p][/p]
🛥️ Boat & World Interaction
• [p]No more sailing through solid matter! The boat will now properly collide with islands. (Turns out, player boat shouldn’t be ghost ships.)[/p]

🕰️ UI & Visual Updates
• [p]Clock visual overhaul
Both the HUD and the ship’s in-game clock got a clarity pass.
Time to actually know what time it is.[/p]
  • [p]Shop hover-over text added
Now you can see what upgrades do before buying them.
    Imagine that![/p]
  • [p]Float rods moved slightly
We nudged them to the right — should make clicking the correct rod way easier.
    (Muscle memory: updated.)[/p]

🐛 Crash Reporting Improvements
• [p]Crash reports now auto-send (with permission)
This helps us track down and squash more bugs moving forward.
    Thanks for suffering for science![/p]
[p][/p][p][/p][p]We're still hunting a few deep-sea bugs (and yes, some fish still think they're birds), but your reports are helping us patch faster than ever.[/p][p]Keep sharing what you find, Wishlist the game if you haven’t already, and as always — join the Discord to help out shape the games future! We're counting on you! 💖

Now get back out there and catch something weird. 🎣[/p]

Day one Patch

[p]Hey everyone![/p][p]We’ve been going through your feedback from day one — thank you so much for playing and sharing your thoughts![/p][p]This patch includes some early tweaks to help fine-tune that dreadful feeling we’re aiming for.
We really appreciate all the reviews, bug reports, and chaos — it’s helping us shape this game into something special.[/p][p]Thanks for being part of the journey 💙[/p][p][/p]
🦈 Codfather Adjustments
• [p]Makes it easier to orient yourself and your crewmates when returning from the fog.[/p]

🐛 Known Issues
• [p]Fish physics are still slippery.
Caught fish may launch, slide, or clip through the boat like they’ve got unfinished business. We're wrangling it![/p]
  • [p]Stability issues on respawn.
Some players experience occasional crashes or flow-breaking glitches, especially during respawn or transitions.[/p]
[p]We're actively working on these! If you encounter any crashes, please send us your Player.log — it really helps us track these down.

Location of the player log is at C:\\Users\\USER\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Mana Brigade\\DreadLine\\Player.log ![/p]
