Odyssey Alpha Phase 4 Hotfix 2

Today at 16:00 UTC / 17:00 BST we implemented a hotfix to the Elite Dangerous: Odyssey Alpha with the following changes:
Commanders who would like to purchase a Fleet Carrier can do so at Sharp Dock in Sumod.

Today at 16:00 UTC / 17:00 BST we implemented a hotfix to the Elite Dangerous: Odyssey Alpha with the following changes:
- Further improved stability.
- Enabled Fleet Carriers in the Alpha at an adjusted cost.
- Fixed an issue where a small number of players spawned outside the playable bubble.
- Fixed an issue where terminals would lock the camera off-centre. Players can now adjust the camera to view the terminal more freely.
