V1.00.01.03 Update: Controller Trigger Optimization & New Backstep Toggle

The Engineering Club is still working hard to fix various issues in the game. In this update, we’ve to provide a smoother experience for all students.[/p][p] [/p][p]The specific details of this update are as follows:[/p][p]Level-Related[/p][p]Fixed an issue where the protagonist could take damage from traps in specific platforming levels of the Biology Academy due to insufficient visual warnings.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where lighting was overexposed in certain scenes of the Art Academy.[/p][p]Fixed an issue with materials in some scenes of the Aerospace Academy BOSS challenge room.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where model textures flickered in some scenes of the Architecture Academy.[/p][p]Optimized the detection range of spike traps in specific platforming levels of the Biology Academy to make the gameplay feel more consistent with the visuals.[/p][p]Optimized the detection range of laser traps in specific platforming levels of the Architecture Academy to make the gameplay feel more consistent with the visuals.[/p][p]Optimized the logic of downward smash traps in the Tower and Ship areas to prevent excessive physical interaction with the protagonist model, improving the player experience.[/p][p] [/p][p]Combat-Related[/p][p]In this update, we have focused on optimizing input detection for controller triggers, resolving issues where trigger inputs were being "dropped" or the Dash failed to activate on certain controllers.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where a logic lock could occur in the Aerospace Academy BOSS battle on certain hardware configurations in rare cases.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where a progression lock could occur in the Biology Academy BOSS battle if the protagonist and BOSS died simultaneously and the player chose to revive at a Checkpoint.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where various progression errors occurred in the Architecture Academy BOSS battle caused by opening the Menu while entering the BOSS room.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where a display error occurred while interacting with a Platform Jump Assist mechanism and opening the Menu at the same time.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where the hitbox was abnormal in extremely rare cases after the protagonist completes a Double Jump.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where the death sequence was abnormal in extremely rare cases after the protagonist is killed by consecutive monster or trap attacks.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where a lock occurred in rare cases if the protagonist died while transitioning between rooms.[/p][p]Fixed an issue where the invulnerability window for Liquid Dash would occasionally fail during rapid animation canceling.[/p][p]Optimized the feel of the Wall Jump before obtaining the Art Academy Keepsake by slightly delaying the start of the slide after touching a wall.[/p][p]Adjusted skill visual effects for the Architecture Academy and Ship BOSSES to reduce brightness and complexity.[/p][p]Fixed several visual effect (VFX) bugs.[/p][p]Adjusted attack coefficients for certain moves of the hidden BOSS to make the combat experience more consistent with visual feedback.[/p][p] [/p][p]Others[/p][p]Fixed an issue where the quest objective spark remained visible after completing Nicklin's task.[/p][p]Optimized the skill sound effects of common monsters in the Architecture Academy to ensure they do not interfere with the player's experience.[/p][p]Added a \[Feedback] option to the Title Screen and Pause Menu, allowing players to submit suggestions or reports.[/p][p]Added a community portal to the Title Screen, allowing players to join official groups for discussion.[/p][p]Added a \[Backstep Toggle] in the settings menu; this option is enabled by default, and the protagonist will no longer trigger a Backstep if it is turned off.[/p][p]
