Blender 2.79a - Release Candidate
The fix release for Blender 2.79 is just around the corner!
It's been a while since Blender 2.79 came out, since then over 200 bugs have been fixed. In order to keep the 2.7x series rock stable while the developers work in 2.8, a "fix" release for 2.79 is coming out soon.
In order to test before the actual release, a Release Candidate version is now available in the Beta channel (select "2.79-rc").
