Once again, thank you for your continued patience as we deal with our current Marketplace issue. We appreciate your support and the information you provided during this time. Please see below for an update on this occurrence from our team.
[/p][p]Summary[/p][p]
Before the Steam launch, our team put forth several protective measures to combat potential fraud. One of these measures was adding the (pending) gems in our Divine Gems Fraud Update before launch, that could limit the number of Divine Gems purchased and that were immediately useable. Unfortunately, this plan did not fully work in combatting fraud and malicious accounts were able to exploit this heavily in a short period of time. As a result, our Marketplace suffered greatly.[/p][p]
How We’re Fixing This[/p][p]All accounts that committed direct fraud have already been banned and their account items have been confiscated.
Our next goal is to remove fraudulent excess gems from the economy. To do this, we will temporarily bring down the NA and EU Marketplace for 1 week to investigate all transactions associated with those malicious accounts. The World Boss auction will also not be available during this week. During this time, we will remove all gems and items deemed to be directly related to fraudulent accounts. We will provide you with more information after the investigation is completed.
What Will Happen with My Current Marketplace Items?
All items that were on the Marketplace before the latest maintenance will be removed and returned to the seller.
What We’re Doing for Affected Players
During this investigation, the Marketplace will not be available for 1 week. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it will be necessary to preserve and repair the integrity of the market. In the meantime, we would like to offer compensation to all players:

- [p] During the week-long investigation, we will provide an Attendance Event that will compensate players and aid in progression without a Marketplace. [/p]
- [p] The Attendance Event will have 7 days of rewards, but we will allow you to complete it in 14 days for those who are not able to log in daily. [/p]
- [p] Additionally, we will also close the current Attendance Event and automatically give the full 21 days of rewards to all players who have already logged in during this month’s attendance book. [/p]
