[p]Detectives,[/p][p]Steam recently introduced a Predicted Release Date feature for Early Access games, and I’ve added it to the Noir Lords store page so you can see when the game is expected to fully launch.[/p][p]Current Target: July 2026[/p][p]Development has been progressing steadily, and Noir Lords is getting closer to its release. While I’m not locking in an exact day just yet, July is the window I’m aiming for.[/p][p]Early Access allowed me to expand the game further with new cards, mechanics, and story elements, while also improving the experience based on your feedback.[/p][p]If you haven’t tried it yet, the demo is still available, and it’s a great chance to experiment with different cards, strategies, and builds while getting a feel for the game.[/p][p]Thank you to everyone who has supported the project so far. I’ve pushed a small update to improve the Procedural Version of Noir Lords.

✅ Fixes

Fixed an issue where Procedural runs could sometimes generate more cards than intended

Fixed rare cases where the game would fail to generate any cards at all

Overall Procedural gameplay should now feel more consistent and reliable

[p]A Personal Note from the Developer[/p][p]Hello everyone,[/p][p]I want to share something very personal with you.[/p][p]After a long and difficult battle with infections and illness, my father passed away. We fought together for a long time. There were moments of hope, moments of exhaustion, moments where we laughed, and moments where we simply held on. His final days were spent in the ICU, and he was able to say goodbye to us. That was our last journey with him.[/p][p]I’ll need to take a short break to recover and to be with my family. Not a long one (1week) just enough to breathe, to process, and to stand back up properly.[/p][p]There’s something I want you to know about Noir Lords.[/p][p]The cat narrator, the voice that guides you through the city, encourages you when things look bleak, and helps you get back on your feet just before the end, was inspired by my father. In many ways, he is my father in this world. Calm, observant, sometimes sharp, but always there when you need guidance the most.[/p][p]Knowing that he will continue to guide players through this game means more to me than I can easily put into words.[/p][p]Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for being such a kind and supportive community. I’ll be back soon, and when I am, I’ll continue working on Noir Lords with the same passion, now carrying his spirit with me.[/p][p]Take care of yourselves.
