Reason:

The idea of the effect of this card was born out of discussions that happen on our Discord-server and on Steam forums. It is a versatile card that allows to initiate a timely conflict, or to visit instantly a location that otherwise might be hardly reachable. But it isn't cheap, you have to rely on your opponents' actions, and you have to find just the right time to arrange your honorary visit to one of them.
