Why I use Proton and only support the Steam Deck

[p]Hi everyone! Thank you all for the great support the past weeks while I was on holiday! The most asked questions on different sites are about why I am using Proton and why I, at the moment, am only making this game for the Steam Deck. I talk about it in this new mini devlog where I explain why I made these choices, but in short it is the following reply I wrote earlier:

I am a Windows programmer by trade and with proton it just works on the Steam Deck. Why not use it if it works?

Also with handheld gaming becoming more popular and also Windows aiming for it I might want to make it available for those in the future. Maintaining only one branch is in that sense way easier.

Sure the game can already be played on other devices now, but I cannot guarantee how it will run on different hardware.

That is why I only support the Steam Deck as a device to play Game With Balls on :)
