1.00.1: Fixes

A slightly bumpy launch as expected, but this little update should take care of all the big issues. Please let me know if any issue persists or if you find anything else.

• Added missing fortress loadscreen art.
  
• Fixed Act 5 Waypoint not having a name.
  
• Fixed multiple issues with dungeon generation in Act 5 causing random crashes.
  
• Fixed missing text from the secret temple altar and Glod.
  
• Fixed crash when using older custom translations.
  
• Fixed a crash from trying to exit Hellscape into locked zones.
  
• Fixed crash from auto-sorting stashes.
  
• Fixed Major Aulfere not spawning in the hellscape camp.
  
• Fixed Act 5 progression getting stuck.
  
• Fixed some new Anomaly layouts not spawning exit when running Dunge/Elite Dungeon Anomalies.
