Master of Magic is developed in partnership between Slitherine and our friends from MuHa
Games. It is the reimagining of the timeless classic released in the 90s: the original Master of
Magic can be considered a milestone in the fantasy strategy genre, inspiring a whole range of
titles. The new Master of Magic stays faithful to the original, with updated game experience and
in-depth content.



Fight and conquer the two parallel dimensional planes of Arcanus and Myrror, forge alliances, expand your dominion or dominate the world, every spell counts on the way to rule the world.

Lead 14 fantastic armies of otherworldly creatures, from orcs to elves and draconians for a total of more than 200 unique types units. Use powerful spells based on a complex system of 5 schools of magic and 18 customizable wizard traits.



Research over 200 spells, use over 60 special abilities and 250 unique items, to become the Master of Magic.

In light of the recent Russian invasion on Ukraine, starting from February 24th, we have decided to donate 100% of revenue earned in Russia (also Belarus and Ukraine), towards help for Ukraine. We have considered other options but hope this one will provide help and also give the option to support Ukraine for those, who cannot openly speak against the war and Russian government in fear of their lives.

[h2]For those of you considering venturing deeper into the Thea verse, we have some good news for the sequel:[/h2]



It is too early to disclose the full scope of this endeavour, but here are just a few things we've been working on so far:

• a new human class based on the Destiny stat, as you've told us the stat seems unloved and there's never enough new human options, right?
  
• a new and cool class for dwarven women - time for the men to let the world see why they keep their awesome women secret :wink:
  
• several new quest lines and events
  
• rats have a new quest too, because there never are enough rat-centered stories in Thea...
  
• some new pets, perhaps even a new race
  
• tweaks and fixes in existing events

As we are a small team, this project may take us extra time as we fit it around our new commitments, but we hope to deliver something fun for you to enjoy when we're done.

Hi all,

You are probably surprised to see anything in the News section, but here we go - we've got two announcements today!

[h3]Turkish language[/h3]

First is that a Turkish group of translators has localised Thea, so you can now enjoy both the game's UI and base game events in Turkish. Many, many thanks to all those who participated in this endeavour, especially to AbbysHawke who coordinated the efforts.



[h3]Nintento Switch crossplay[/h3]

The second announcement is that, thanks to Monster Couch, who handles Thea's Nintendo Switch port, soon PC players will be able to play the co-op version together with their Switch friends! At the moment we are waiting for Nintendo to approve the Switch side of the patch, but hopefully it will be up next week.
