Galaxy Patch Notes V0.953.2

Hi Captains!


Please find the latest Patch Notes below. This update is scheduled to roll out in the next few hours on Android and STEAM to start, with iOS and macOS to follow on approval.

  • Daily Mission descriptions now include ‘Recommended Level’
  • Added a slight delay to Mission Buttons before they can be Selected
  • Rush Command no longer triggers on Rooms that are 100% Loaded
  • Re-arm will no longer include costs from Rooms Under Construction
  • Rooms using Charges can no longer select AI to Set Ammo – None
  • Objectives Panel now displays “Rewards expire in 7 days if uncollected”
  • Tournament Countdown now restarts after leaving and returning to Galaxy Map
  • Added new Ship Hull: Dragonstar
  • Added 2 new Crew Members, available in-game soon
  • ‘Infested Crew’ have been renamed as ‘Infected Crew’
  • Implemented Support for new operators for Item Requirements

  • Dolores Tutorial will no longer appear in Starbase
  • Dolores Tutorial will no longer prevent progress on powering Engines
  • Dolores Character Design now displays a new Profile Image

  • Fixed a bug with Hazards not being cleared after Battle
  • Fixed a bug with Mining Drones not being replaced by the ‘Ol Prospector
  • Fixed a bug with Achievements appearing as collectible after being collected
  • Fixed a bug with Achievements showing an invisible Badge
  • Fixed a bug with Dropship Timer display
  • Fixed a bug with Market Search display
  • Fixed a bug with StartBattle and FinaliseBattle displays
  • Fixed a bug with Invulnerability duration being halved in some cases
  • Fixed a bug with Crew appearing outside of Ship
  • Fixed a bug with Ship Upgrade Timers not displaying correctly
  • Fixed a bug with Hwacha Missiles facing the wrong way on Defending Ships
  • Fixed a bug with Re-arm calculation for ammo-based Weapons

  • Fixed a bug with Reward Scene (Opening Crates)

  • Fixed a bug with ‘Set Item To None’ AI resulting in all Ammo being expended
  • Fixed a bug with TargetCurrentRoom AI not working on Opponent Ships
  • Fixed a bug with TargetCurrentRoom AI applying on Disabled Rooms


As a quick reminder, this Tournament will proceed without any changes, using last month’s ruleset.

Please note: Prestige Recipes will be changing on the 1st of July. Don’t forget to get those last Prestige Combo’s started!

  • New room Sprites & Visual upgrades
  • Improved Tutorial progression
  • Expired replays will no longer display on Starlog
  • Multiple Client Performance improvements
  • Extensive Server Performance improvements
  • Account Security enhancements for STEAM
  • Added STEAM Achievements
  • Added Client support for Kickstarter Rewards

  • Players will no longer be returned to the Galaxy Map after watching Replay
  • Replay Battle UI tweaks, added new button to play frame-by-frame
  • Galaxy Map optimisation & UI improvements
  • AI Command UI improvements
  • Bank Panel UI improvements

  • Added Synth Parts Missions to Galaxy Map.
  • Mission rewards have been changed to scale with difficulty
  • Mining missions no longer steal your Mining Drone

  • Stasis Shield now blocks Enemy Crew from Teleporting into the room
  • Crew now highlight with appropriate colors when dragging equipment from inventory
  • Rooms disabled by BFR can no longer be Attacked or Targeted
  • Fixed a bug with reactors not redistributing Power correctly when disabled by BFR
  • Fixed a bug where Hwacha volleys have a chance of Targeting the same room
  • Fixed a bug with Freeze ability where the frozen Crew cannot be Targeted
  • Fixed a bug where newly built Rooms would not have their default AI
  • Fixed a bug with Shop Button displaying incorrect values


Please note: We will be distributing Kickstarter Rewards a short time after this patch. This schedule is tentative, as any patch issues will need to be addressed first.

Galaxy Update: Patch Today!

Hi, Captains!


Over the next couple of hours, we will begin rolling out patch 0.950.2 to address a large number of performance issues and bugfixes. This update will not be available for iOS users for a short period.

In the interest of providing a little more warning and detail in our Patch notes, please find an itemized list of changes below. We will continue to improve this process to provide even more detail in the future, including exact values where possible.
  • Added new Superweapon Room Type. New AI has been created to match
  • Superweapons have undergone slight balance changes, with more to come after Tournament
  • Mission Performance & Load time improved
  • Players will now return to the Galaxy Scene when returning from a mission
  • Dolores' Head and Female Synth Body Missions have been re-added to the game
  • UI will no longer be disabled during fly-in animation in the main scene
  • Fixed some issues with Desync in PvP Battles
  • Fixed a bug with the display of Requirements for Ship purchasing and Galaxy Map system access
  • Fixed a bug with Stasis Shield ability where affected rooms can still activate while under Stasis
  • Fixed a bug with Blender Menu resetting to highest unlocked rarity after a purchase has been made
  • Fixed a bug with Lift color after upgrade
  • Fixed a bug with duplicated messages (chat or inbox)
  • Fixed a bug with Dropship reward panels displaying in front of character info panels
  • Fixed a major performance issue primarily affecting Re-arm
  • STEAM - Removed free trial UI for subscription
  • STEAM - Pressing ESC in the victory screen no longer gives the option to escape
  • STEAM - Sticker resize bars now get destroyed by back button or pressing ESC
  • STEAM - Crew Sidebar will no longer stretch crew images
  • Logging in to another account no longer forces cache to be cleared
  • All users can now clear cache and force restart from the settings menu
Servers will be offline for a brief period that should not exceed 10 minutes. Thank you again for all the bug reports and feedback you have provided, and please let us know if you have any issues with today's update.
