Demo update notes for v0.34

[p]Truck City v0.34-Demo has just been released. This is the change log:[/p]

[p]Bugfix: roundabouts and blueprints including one-way roads now correctly set the road direction[/p]
[p]Improvement: camera will be completely top-down (90º) when it's far from the ground[/p]
[p]Bugfix: factory rounding error that might cause uneven production ratios corrected[/p]
[p]Balance: lowered production speed for rocket launchpads[/p]
[p]Improvement: user interface cleanup[/p]
[p]Improvement: other minor UI improvements such as faster scrolling in science menu, better placement for loading port menu.[/p]
[p]Improvement: traffic light duration defaults to 5, limited to 99 seconds.[/p]
