Update! Version 1.05

Thank you to all of you who reported the bugs and issues you found in Marble Age: Remastered!

Here is what was fixed:
  • Raids will no longer bring negative rewards.
  • Classic Era quest will no longer start after the Trading race quest — instead, it will always appear on turn 130.
  • You cannot sell the army indefinitely anymore (selling won't happen if you sell more army than you have).
  • Locations can no longer have a negative number of workers on them.
  • Fixed errors with the event queue showing messages out of order.
  • Improved water effects.
  • Fixed the incorrect city being shown during loadings.
  • Fixed the building animation order and layers.
  • Tooltips' size is improved for techs and buildings.
  • Text appearance on Battle screen is improved.
  • Localizations updated.
  • Some texts fixed.

  • Mechanic 1: building and upkeep cost is -20% (was -30%).
  • Mechanic 2: building and upkeep cost is -30% (was -10%).
  • Tyranny 1: upkeep cost is -20% (was -30%).

Marble Age: Remastered Version 1.04

Thanks to our amazing community we fixed another batch of bugs and added support for Brazilian Portuguese!

[h3]Bugs:[/h3]
  • New effects for available and chosen techs\buildings, difficulties, and bonuses.
  • Sliders can be moved by clicking now, not only dragging.
  • Added achievements for every supported language.
  • Added support for Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Text fixes.
  • Link to Instagram fixed.
  • Fixed Rome icon showing on the map after it's subjugation.
  • Bonus for learning every 2 Tier technology is removed.


[h3]General balance:[/h3]
  • Messina's trade bonus is changed - now it raises the profit from selling in the city.
  • Sparta's starting resources changed - 100 Gold (was 50) and 0 Army (was 20).
  • Improved the calculation of rewards and penalties from random events.
  • Arabs and Hunns are now harder to beat on Easy difficulty.


[h3]Bonuses:[/h3]
  • "Rich copper mines" brings +20% Force of Army and production (was +25%).
  • "Bloody sacrifices" reduce Population Growth by 10% (was 5%).
  • "Fertile Soil" reduces the efficiency of mountain Production growth by 10% (was miners limit -10%).
  • "Wide meadows" reduces the efficiency of mountain Production growth by 10% (was miners limit -10%).
  • "Strong civilian reserves" reduces culture growth from sages by 10% (was all culture growth -10%).

  • Fixed error with trade being cancelled while setting the number of fleet involved to the max.

[h3]Cities' bonuses[/h3]
  • Opulent feasts: "Production growth" penalty replaced with "Growth of production in the forest".
  • Homemade wine: doesn't raise the Culture Growth anymore; lowers "Growth of production in the forest" by 10% (was 20%).
  • Skillful marble processing: lowers culture growth in temple by 15% (used to lower culture growth everywhere by 15%).

  • Defeating Persians raises relations with other Polises by 0.2 per turn (previously 0.05) for 10 turns.
  • It is forbidden to cast away Romans with Roman legions.
  • Roman Legions add 20K army (previously 100K).
  • The Glory of Victory now gives Force of Army +10% to all cities (previously Sparta only got +2%).
  • Conquering Rome quest now will not appear until Rome fell.
  • Events that take the Army away now will not appear if the player has 0 armies.

Athens
  • Cult of Sages and Oracles: Force of Army -20% (was -10%).
  • Strong civilian reserves: Force of army +30% (was +20%).
  • Love of freedom: Income and Production growth from tax collectors +30% (was +20%).
  • Fertile soil: Farming efficiency +20% (was +10%).
  • Skillful marble processing: Culture growth -15% (was -20%).


Corinth
  • Homemade wine: Culture growth +20% (was +10%).
  • Cheap mercenaries: The cost of buying the military is 40% lower (was 30%).

  • Tactical formations 1 raises the force of the army by 20% (was 10%).
  • Logistics 1 and 2 - raises fleet production efficiency in Harbor by 35% (was 25% and + fleet limit)
  • Mercenary 1 raises Force of Army by 20% (instead of "selling army is more profitable by 20%").
  • Mercenary 2 raises buying army efficiency by 30% (was 20%) and raises Force of Army by 30% (instead of "selling army is more profitable by 20%").
  • Wood processing 1 now also raises Force of Army by 20%.

  • Corinth: all army buildings raise Army limits and max workers more by 20%.

  • Miletus spawns on turn 130 (was 140).
  • Sparta: trade bonus raises buying army efficiency by 30% (was 20%).
  • Knoss', Larissa's and Sparta's starting stats are higher now for Corinth players.
  • All of the world map cities' prices raised.

  • Fixed the bug with Traders tooltip disappearing from the trade window.
  • Fixed the bug with several regions on the map being shown as chosen at the same time.
  • Loading proper saves bug fixed.
  • Rounding of gold in stat panel and tooltip fixed.
  • Fixed the bug where Cordoba spawning introduced an error in the log.
  • Fixed the bug that triggers Greece Unification only the turn after all of the conditions were met.
  • Fixed troubles with running the game on Ubuntu from Steam.
  • Fixed negative fleet number being used in the Trade window.
  • Fixed the color of Requirements in the colony panel.
  • Save compatibility is improved.
  • Fixed the bug with the "Trading breakthrough" event appearing prematurely.

Dear players! We made a little update for our game and now need your help.
The updated version is already on Steam, in beta-branch of MA: Remastered.
