[Patchnotes] 2.5.2

[p]This update focuses on long-term stability, introducing new safeguards against combat abuse alongside the first major wave of performance and optimization improvements for 2026.[/p][p][/p][p]### Disconnect timer[/p][p][/p][p]In order to prevent abuses in PvP / PvE situations, we're introducing a new mechanic: disconnection timer.[/p][p]As its name suggests, this timer will trigger when trying to disconnect outside of cities. You will have to wait 10 seconds before being sent back to character selection. If you move, cast a spell, receives or inflicts damages while timer is running, your disconnection will be canceled and you will have to run it again. [/p][p]We hope that this new mechanic will prove useful and makes game healthier, we will be monitoring its effects closely over upcoming weeks.[/p][p][/p][p]### Optimization and DXVK support[/p][p][/p][p]It's been a year now since Giiku Games took over Florensia development, and we've already come a long way, but there was still an urgent topic we weren't satisfied with: game stability. With this update, we're introducing our first batch of performance-focused changes for 2026, and most notably adding DXVK support to Florensia. [/p][p]If your hardware supports it, DXVK will be installed when you first launch Florensia, and you will benefit from features such as Vertical Sync, little to no crashes, smoother framerate, better support for non-Windows platforms and a bunch of extra optimizations that makes your game enjoyable again. [/p][p]We have more performance and stability enhancements planned for 2026, so stay tuned![/p][p]Note: DXVK requires Windows 8+, GTX 500 Series / HD AMD 7000 or higher, up-to-date drivers and won't run on Intel integrated graphic cards (iGPUs). Players who don't meet new hardware requirements won't see major differences and their game should still run without DXVK.[/p][p][/p][p]### Extra changes[/p][p][/p][p]- added language selection support on Steam version[/p][p]- increased looting range for pets in auto-loot mode to prevent cases where monsters weren't detected as "able to be looted" [/p][p]- updated Tower Admittance to be refused if player tries to enter while being in-combat / dead[/p][p]- updated Tower quest shells to match new level limit (Lvl 120)[/p][p]- updated Deathblow Training skill description to now reflects that it increases critical rate chances regardless of the equipped weapon[/p][p]- increased Excavator ED4 118/42 4-Set bonus to 15% moving speed (was 10%)[/p][p]- fixed an issue where Blighted Treants weren't dropping Corrupted Trace quest item[/p][p]- fixed an issue where players could open a trade window with themselves while in a party[/p][p]- fixed an issue where players weren't able to navigate properly on Sea (left / right steering)[/p][p]- fixed an issue where items received after smithy's item break weren't displayed properly in some languages[/p][p]- fixed an issue where Hexion Golem Boss debuff would increase player attack damage after expiring if player was already affected by normal golem's debuff[/p][p]- fixed a visual issue with grass in Roxbury that would show as squared textures on Low quality[/p][p]- fixed Bone Hat model to always remain the same no matter which hair colour player have[/p][p]- reverted unwanted cooldown changes to a few skills on higher levels (Sniping / Assault Vermillion / Hit Chain / Light Transition / Healing Hands)[/p][p]- small texture changes for a few old maps[/p]
