NETBREAK - Major Hotfix (Ending Bug & Decrypt System Fix)

🔧 HOTFIX | ENDING BUG & DECRYPT SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT
[p]Hey everyone 👋[/p][p]This is a quick but very important fix focused on the ending sequence and the decrypt system.[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]🧠 WHAT'S FIXED[/h2]
  • [p]Fixed a major issue at the end of the game related to Decrypt.[/p]
    • [p]When you press Decrypt, the game now completely disables anomaly spawning.[/p]
    • [p]If there are already more than 6 anomalies, pressing Decrypt will no longer cause soft locks or SWAT spawns.[/p]
  • [p]In the previous update, SWAT spawning was correctly disabled after decrypt, but you could get stuck on the chair and be unable to finish the game.[/p]
    • [p]This is now fully resolved. You can decrypt and complete the game normally.[/p]
[p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]💬 NOTES FROM THE DEV[/h2][p][/p][p]I’m aware of a few smaller bugs still around, and I’ll be watching for reports while preparing another update in the next few days / weeks.[/p][p]That said, I’ll be taking a short break, I’ve been working over 10 hours a day for months, and burnout has really started to kick in.     • [p]Blood spatter and blood symbol in Alicia tape are now clearly outlined[/p]
    • [p]Hint to press E in the Family Reunion tape[/p]
    • [p]Hint to interact with the valve[/p]
    • [p]Added a QTE hint when Maria catches you (hold key prompt)[/p]
  • [p]📝 Improved paper hint visuals for better readability[/p]

  • [p]🛑 Fixed an issue where pressing Decrypt could incorrectly trigger Hitman and SWAT events[/p]
    • [p]These events can no longer be triggered during decryption[/p]
    • [p]It is now impossible to die to Hitman or SWAT in this state, even with 6+ anomalies or unlocked entrance.[/p]

[h3]2. S.N.U.F.F.Y Tunnels Hack & Virus Overlap[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed a major UI overlap where the virus interface stacked on top of the hack UI, making hacking impossible.[/p]
  • [p]Hack UI now takes priority, and virus events are properly delayed or displayed non-blocking.[/p]
[h3]3. Drone Rooftop Box Outline[/h3]
  • [p]Added a clear outline to the rooftop box left by the drone to remove confusion.[/p]
[h3]4. Alicia Tape Key Prompt[/h3]
  • [p]Key now correctly shows an outline and interaction prompt after it falls.[/p]
  • [p]The prompt now displays your actual crouch key binding instead of hardcoded “Left CTRL”.[/p]
[h3]5. Phone Call Prompt Update[/h3]
  • [p]Phone UI now guides players with the message:
    “Answer the phone in the living room.”[/p]
  • [p]This gives better direction and removes guesswork.[/p]
[h3]6. Ghellcoin Seedphrase Instructions[/h3]
  • [p]Ghellcoin site now displays the required word count for the seed phrase.[/p]
  • [p]Added clear instructions to enter all words in the correct order and with case sensitivity.[/p]
[h3]7. Hack Cooldown System[/h3]
  • [p]Added a cooldown between hacks:[/p]
    • [p]First 2 hacks remain aggressive.[/p]
    • [p]After that, a 4-minute cooldown applies.[/p]
  • [p]Improves pacing and reduces overwhelming spam.[/p]
[h3]8. Endgame Hitman Overlap Bug[/h3]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the hitman could overlap and kill the player during the ending sequence.[/p]
[h3]9. New: Casual Training Mode[/h3]
  • [p]Added a training mode for players who want to explore mechanics without high-level threats.[/p]
  • [p]Note: This mode does not trigger achievements, saves, or the final ending. It’s purely for practice and learning the systems.[/p]
