V0.0660 - Hotfix Sounds

[p]Reworking the sound system broke some things that needed fixing. After way too much debugging, It looks like it's all working now. Also added new atmospheric sounds for rain and thunderstorms.[/p][p][/p][p]Thanks all for playing and playtesting. [/p][p][/p][p]Cheers, [/p][p]Johannes[/p]
