Weekly Dev Log for June 13th, 2022

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Weekly Dev Log for June 13th, 2022, detailing all the changes that have happened since June 6th, 2022. We've created a forum post asking the community for suggestions on how we can improve gameplay for players with certain conditions such as colorblindness, dyslexia, or anything else that might affect a players ability to use the standard presentation and controls of the game.

[h2]June 2022 Condo Contest IN PROGRESS![/h2]
Hey everyone!

It's time for another Condo Contest. The objective for this contest is to make an area for a media player!

Whether it's a drive-in, a cozy living room, a theater, or a TV floating in space- your entry just needs to be a cool spot to hang out and use a media player.

The deadline to submit entries is July 10th, 2022 at 11:59 PM CT.

First prize wins 2,000,000 units!

Work continues on the next phase of the Casino.

Johanna finished working on the "Ice Moon" construction condo.

JJosh continued working on items for the new Spin 2 Win machine.

macdguy continued working on Silver Saddles, finishing all of the gameplay, screen, and betting logic. He also worked on Keno, setting up networking and replication.

Sketchman continued working on the Keno machine.

Wheezwer continued working on the new Spin 2 Win wheel art.

Will worked on music and sounds for the Casino, finishing sounds for Roulette and starting Keno sounds.

Each horse has their own set color, so if you ever see the same horse again in another race, it will have the same color as it did the last time you saw them.

macdguy continued working on Silver Saddles, finishing the horse betting and payout systems. He also finished the logic for showing which horse won, and re-wrote some of the screen display logic.

Sketchman continued working on the Keno machine.

The objective for this contest is to make a bedroom!

You can create the room yourself or decorate one of the rooms in any of the purchasable Condos. It can be as ambitious or simple as you like (feel free to theme it however you want), as long as it follows the rules and is understandably a bedroom.

The deadline to submit entries is May 29th, 2022 at 11:59 PM CT.

Johanna finished working on most of the art overhaul for the Casino.

macdguy continued working on Roulette, finishing the bulk of the remaining work. He also started working on Silver Saddles (Horse Betting) game, getting the horse simulation code finished as well as the gameplay logic and loop.

Sketchman worked on Roulette, hooking up the ball animations.
