Notes II for 2025-09-09

- Added support for quick-saving using the F5 key (allows saving without opening the escape menu)
- Added support for accidental drag-drop onto crafting widgets; since crafters without inventory do not require items to be dragged into them, it was previously possible for an item dragged onto the crafting widget to disappear
- These items will now simply appear on the floor instead
- Fixed an issue where unequipping a weapon or torch would cause a previously equipped torch to be placed into the backpack as a separate item, rather than stacking with any existing torches there
- Bandages and suturing kits now stack up to 5 instead of 3

Known Issues: Escape Button may not close some windows when pressed. This remains a bug that will hopefully be fixed in a future update, but there is currently no timeline for this.

Notes for 2025-09-09 (Update)

After some issues with yesterday's update, the previous build had been temporarily rolled back overnight to resolve a major issue with inventory widget sizing. This is now fixed and the changelist from yesterday is live in this update.

Important Note: There is a small chance some saves could be affected by this update. If this occurs for you, it may be necessary to load a previous save game in a different location.

Additional new changes in this patch include:
  • Vendors will no longer always buy your items at full sell value
  • Sell price is impacted by Favor with the trader's faction (to be implemented in upcoming update)
  • Fixed issues with the width of inventory item descriptions sometimes changing while hovering items

Known Issues:There are some rare issues causing rounding errors with coppers (lowest currency denomination) that may sometimes cause trades to return you an extra 1 copper coin.

Updates Notes for 2025-09-06

- Added new improvements for AI behaviour around vaultable retaining walls
- AIs will now follow you if you walk up onto a retaining wall along the roads
- AIs will also jump on/off of retaining walls to chase you if you try to use this as a tactic to avoid combat
- The donkey will now run up on/jump over retaining walls along roads rather than running around them when called
- The 'Wishlist on Steam' button now closes the application so that the steam page can be seen (previously the game remained on top, so it wasn't obvious that the steam page had been opened)

Known Issues:
- Rogues may occasionally become stuck on retaining walls if you jump on/off of them multiple times
- Rogues sometimes fail to reach the correct jump height to get up onto the wall and get stuck in a jump loop
