Class Rebalance

Before the New Year, everyone wants updates and new experiences — and your characters are no exception, so we’ve prepared a fresh class rebalance.
While working on it, we carefully reviewed your feedback and the results of recent surveys. As often happens, opinions on ideal balance differ, so the final decisions were made with the overall health of the game and long-term class balance in mind.
All skill points have been reset, and you can now redistribute them according to the new balance.
🔷 BARBARIAN 🔷
🔸 Rage
◻️ Whirlwind – Base damage reduced by 10%, weapon damage reduced by 8%.
◻️ Furious Leap – Base damage reduced by 17%, weapon damage reduced by 9%. Acceleration 2 now reduces cooldown by 3 seconds instead of 2.
◻️ Execution – Ability cost increased from 20 to 25 Rage.
◻️ Axe Throw – Enhancement 2 now additionally increases the number of charges by 1 but adds 3 seconds to the cooldown.
🔸 Combat Mastery
◻️ Bull Strike – Cooldown increased from 5s to 7s. Enhancement 1 now increases ability damage by 15% instead of 10%. Enhancement 3 replaced with Cooldown Reduction, reducing cooldown by 3 seconds.
◻️ Berserker – Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase ability power by 3% instead of 2%. Enhancement 3 replaced with Fortification, additionally reducing the chance to receive a critical hit by 2%.
◻️ Battle Rage – Enhancement 1 increases the bonus by 8% instead of 7%, Enhancement 2 by 9% instead of 8%, Enhancement 3 by 10% instead of 8%.
🔸 Control
◻️ Binding – Range increased from 15 to 18 meters. Cooldown increased from 25s to 30s. Acceleration 1 now reduces cooldown by 4 seconds instead of 3.
◻️ Enduring Pain – Base damage reduction increased from 40% to 45%.
◻️ Titan’s Stride – Base damage reduced by 12%, weapon damage reduced by 5%.
◻️ Battle Trance – Cooldown reduced from 10 minutes to 8 minutes. Acceleration 1 and 2 now reduce cooldown by 45 seconds instead of 40.
◻️ Unrestrained Fury – Attack speed increased by 7% instead of 6%. Enhancement 1 now increases attack and movement speed by 1% instead of 0.5%.

🔸 Retribution
◻️ Righteous Strike – Enhancement 2 now increases damage by 25% instead of 20%.
◻️ Charge – Range 1 now increases movement distance by 5 meters instead of 4.
🔸 Self-Sacrifice
◻️ Shield Bash – Base damage increased by 12%, weapon damage increased by 7%.
◻️ Judgment – Cooldown reduced from 45 to 43 seconds. Acceleration 1 now reduces cooldown by 7 seconds instead of 5. Acceleration 2 replaced with Enhancement 2, which additionally increases damage and healing by 5%.
🔸 Valor
◻️ Divine Revelation – Duration 3 now increases duration by 10 seconds instead of 3 and increases ability cost by 20 Fanaticism.
◻️ Divine Shackles – Acceleration 2 replaced with Power, granting an additional charge but increasing cooldown by 10 seconds.
◻️ Divine Shield – Duration now increases shield duration by 5 seconds instead of 4. The explosion now deals 100% of remaining absorption instead of 85%. Swiftness 2 additionally increases shield strength by 10%.
◻️ Consecration – Base damage increased by 12%, weapon damage increased by 8%.
🔷 WARRIOR 🔷
🔸 Combat Mastery
◻️ Dash – Base range reduced from 25 to 22 meters. Range 1 and 2 now increase movement distance by 3 meters instead of 2. Range 3 replaced with Recovery, increasing Rage gained per use by 5. Duration now increases stun duration by 0.5 seconds instead of 1.
◻️ Titan Strike – Base damage reduced by 9%, weapon damage reduced by 5%. Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase damage by 15% instead of 20%. Simplification 2 replaced with Acceleration, reducing cooldown by 2 seconds.
◻️ Guillotine – Simplification now reduces cost by 5 Rage instead of 10. Finisher 1 and 2 now increase bonus damage by 15% instead of 25%.
◻️ Untiring – Stamina bonus reduced from 15% to 12%. Additionally increases health regeneration by 10%. Enhancements 1–3 further increase regeneration by 1% each.
🔸 Exhaustion
◻️ Crush – Cooldown increased from 1 to 3 seconds. Base suppression duration reduced from 5 to 2 seconds. Duration 1 and 2 replaced with Simplification 1 and 2, reducing ability cost by 3 Rage.
◻️ Whirlwind – Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase damage by 25% instead of 50%.
◻️ Slowing Strike – Base damage reduced by 12%, weapon damage reduced by 7%.
◻️ Disarm – Duration 3 replaced with Power, allowing the ability to affect up to 5 enemies within a 5-meter area, but increasing cost by 20.
🔸 Tactics
◻️ Taunt – Enhancements 1 and 2 now reduce target defense by 3% instead of 4%.
◻️ Wrath – Cooldown increased from 50 to 60 seconds.
◻️ Battle Scars – Enhancements 3 replaced with Fortification 1 and 2, increasing the activation threshold by 4% each.
◻️ Crippling Blows – Base reduction lowered from 5% to 3%. Proc chance on critical hit reduced from 60% to 45%.
🔸 Warrior Ascension
◻️ Thunder Strike – Base damage reduced by 12%, weapon damage reduced by 6%.
🔷 RANGER 🔷
🔸 Accuracy
◻️ Arrow Rain – Enhancement 1 now increases damage by 10% instead of 20%. Enhancements 2 and 3 now increase damage by 15% instead of 20%.
◻️ Precise Shot – Cooldown increased from 10 to 20 seconds.
◻️ Armor-Piercing Tips – Proc chance reduced from 22% to 10%. Luck 1 and 2 now increase proc chance by 5% instead of 10% and 15%.
🔸 Survival
◻️ Ice Arrow – Ability cost reduced from 30 to 25. Range reduced from 35 to 30 meters.
◻️ Throat Shot – Ability cost reduced from 60 to 50.
◻️ Explosive Arrow – Cooldown increased from 25 to 30 seconds.
🔸 Cunning
◻️ Bounce – Acceleration now reduces cooldown by 4 seconds instead of 6.

🔸 Combat Mastery
◻️ Rage Flow – Base damage reduced by 12%, weapon damage reduced by 6%.
◻️ Furious Throw – Base damage reduced by 9%, weapon damage reduced by 4%.
◻️ Comet – Stun duration reduced from 3 seconds to 2.5.
◻️ Spinning Strike – Cooldown reduced from 12 to 11 seconds.
◻️ Flurry of Blows – Ability cost increased from 30 to 40 Fanaticism.
🔸 Meditations
◻️ Power Flow – Cost increased from 20 to 25 Fanaticism. Base healing increased by 15%, weapon-based healing by 10%.
◻️ Spirit Sanctuary – Acceleration 3 now reduces cooldown by 25 seconds instead of 20.
◻️ Wisdom of the Streams – Magic damage reduction reduced from 20% to 15%. Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase reduction by 4% instead of 5%. Recovery 1–3 now increase regeneration by 5% instead of 4%.
🔸 Spirit Power
◻️ Energy Sphere – Base healing increased by 10%, weapon-based healing increased by 6%.
◻️ Heavenly Wave – Fanaticism generation increased from 20 to 25.
◻️ Diamond Skin – Ability cost increased from 40 to 45 Fanaticism. Physical damage reduction increased from 20% to 21%, magical damage reduction from 28% to 30%.
◻️ Fanatical Fury – Ability is now considered active and used like other auras. Radius increased from 16 to 18 meters.
🔷 ASSASSIN 🔷
🔸 Toxicology
◻️ Cobra Fang – Luck 1 and 2 now increase bonus damage chance by 15% instead of 10%. Luck 3 replaced with Cleave, increasing the number of targets by 2 but reducing bonus damage chance by 20%.
◻️ Hidden Reserves – Energy regeneration speed increased from 15% to 20%. Acceleration 2 now increases movement speed by 2% instead of 1%.
🔸 Dagger Mastery
◻️ Dagger Throw – Cooldown reduced from 5 to 4 seconds.
◻️ Fan of Blades – Cooldown increased from 7 to 8 seconds. Slow duration reduced from 5 to 3 seconds. Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase damage by 20% instead of 15%. Enhancement 3 replaced with Power, increasing the number of charges by 2, reducing cost by 10, but increasing cooldown by 4 seconds. Acceleration now reduces cooldown by 4 seconds instead of 5.
◻️ Dancing Blade – Base number of targets increased from 5 to 6.
🔸 Stealth
◻️ Expose Weakness – Defense reduction increased from 20% to 22%.

🔸 Fire Element
◻️ Hydra – Base damage reduced by 9%, weapon damage reduced by 4%.
◻️ Fireball – Overheat now increases damage by 40% instead of 50%.
◻️ Pyromancer – Proc chance reduced from 20% (70% on critical hit) to 10% (50%). Burning now stacks up to 5 times instead of 3. Enhancements 1–3 now increase damage by 20% instead of 40%, 40%, and 50%.
🔸 Lightning Element
◻️ Lightning – Duration 2 now increases stun duration by 1 second instead of 1.5.
◻️ Discharge – Base damage reduced by 15%, weapon damage reduced by 10%. Enhancement 1 now increases damage by 10% instead of 15%. Enhancements 2 and 3 now increase damage by 15% instead of 20%.
◻️ Lightning Sphere – Cooldown increased from 40 to 45 seconds.
◻️ Static – Now reduces the cooldown of Lightning Sphere instead of teleporting.
🔸 Arcane Knowledge
◻️ Magic Shield – Shield cost increased from 12% to 20%. Base absorption increased from 25%/40% to 40%/60%. Power 1 and 2 increase absorption to 45%/65% and 50%/75% respectively. Enhancements 1 and 2 increase shield durability by 20% and 30%. Enhancement 3 replaced with Acceleration 2, reducing cooldown by 10 seconds.
◻️ Teleport – Range 1 now increases teleport distance by 4 meters instead of 3. Acceleration 1 and 2 now reduce cooldown by 4 seconds instead of 3. Acceleration 3 replaced with Enhancement 2, granting an additional charge but increasing cooldown by 2 seconds.
🔸 Sorcerer Ascension
◻️ Blazing Lightning – Base damage reduced by 11%, weapon damage reduced by 8%.
🔷 PRIEST 🔷
🔸 Doctrine of Darkness
◻️ Punishment – Enhancement 2 now increases damage by 10% instead of 15%. Additional base damage reduced by 13%, weapon damage reduced by 10%.
◻️ Torment – Cost reduced from 7% to 6%. Duration reduced from 11 to 9 seconds.
◻️ Pillar of Darkness – Additional base damage reduced by 17%, weapon damage reduced by 14%. Damage per charge reduced from 50% to 45%. Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase damage by 10% instead of 20%. Expansion 1 and 2 now increase area by 2 meters instead of 1.5.
🔸 Doctrine of Light
◻️ Pillar of Light – Cost reduced from 15% to 13%.
◻️ Empowerment – Cost reduced from 23% to 19%.
◻️ Chain Heal – Cooldown increased from 12 to 15 seconds. Cast time reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1. Base number of targets increased from 4 to 5. Branching now increases targets up to 10 instead of 8.
◻️ Vision of Light – Duration reduced from 8 to 6 seconds. Radius reduced from 12 to 10 meters.
🔸 Enlightenment
◻️ Sphere of Light – Base durability increased by 11%, weapon-based durability by 7%. Enhancement 1 now increases absorption by 25% instead of 20%.
◻️ Purification – Base cost reduced from 12% to 11%. Simplification 2 now reduces cost by 40% instead of 25%, but adds 3 seconds of cooldown.
◻️ Healing Power – Healing 1 now increases received healing by 2% instead of 1%, Healing 3 by 3% instead of 2%.
🔸 Priest Ascension
◻️ Dark Power – Enhancement now increases power damage by 4% instead of 6%.
🔷 NECROMANCER 🔷
🔸 Dark Magic
◻️ Mark of Death – Cost increased from 7% to 9%.
◻️ Plague Mark – Cost increased from 7% to 9%.
◻️ Dark Armor – Cooldown increased from 60 to 80 seconds.
🔸 Curses
◻️ Epidemic – Cooldown increased from 23 to 35 seconds.
◻️ Fear – Cost increased from 10% to 12%.
◻️ Summon Flesh Minion – Minion now gains 150% ability power instead of 135%.
🔸 Soul Reaping
◻️ Soul Vortex – Cooldown increased from 20 to 25 seconds.
◻️ Vengeful Spirit – Enhancements 1 and 2 now increase damage by 15% instead of 17% and 18%.
◻️ Doom Aura – Base bonus reduced from 6% to 5%. Enhancements 1–3 now increase Necromancer healing by 1% each.
🔸 Necromancer Ascension
◻️ Curse of Old Age – Proc chance reduced from 16% to 10%.
