01.02.2023 game update

Today, during the maintenance, the following changes were made to the game:

Increased the proc chance and duration of the Necromancer's Curse of Old Age, as well as the traits of this ability that affect the duration and proc chance.
Reduced the ability to attack characters after a siege.
Fixed some memory bugs on the client.
