30.08.2023 game update

Today, during the maintenance, the following changes were made to the game:

🔹The event "Knowledge Day" has started.
🔹Fixed the spectator area in the PVP arena.
🔹Increased visibility distance of characters in sieges.
🔹Reworked the cost of activating collections.
🔹World bosses now gradually restore their health after returning to their original position.
🔹Fixed the application of some seals in Abyssal Dungeons.
