21.12.2023 game update

Today, during the maintenance, the following changes were made to the game:

🔹The "Snow Whirlwind Festival" event has started.
🔹All classes have been rebalanced. Skill points have been reset.
🔹The necromancer's dark armor can now be dispelled by effects that remove positive buffs.
