In real life, you aren't a 'class'—you are the sum of your training, actions, and accumulated experience.[/p][p]An operator's Role doesn't limit what they can learn. Progression is driven by what you do and what you manage to survive. Within each Role are various Pathways—broad fields of expertise—and inside those, operators organically develop specific Specializations. While this happens organically in the field, you can also direct growth through Mentorship.
