• [p]QN-506 Tier 9 Premium Tank Destroyer[/p]
 • [p]VT-5 Tier 9 Premium Light Tank[/p]
 • [p]Rough Riders Loot Crate[/p]
[p]Between August 14 and August 21, 2025, the following items will be available:[/p][p][/p]
ZTZ-20
[p][/p][p]The ZTZ-20 is a fictional Chinese Main Battle Tank for the 21st century. It combines western influences with some ideas taken from the T-14 Armata. You can read about its (real and fictional) history in our dedicated article.[/p][p][/p][p]In Armored Warfare, the ZTZ-20 is a Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank. On its own, it’s a beast of a machine and one of the most powerful vehicles in the game, featuring both a powerful gun and thick armor. It does have a special feature though – its missiles can cover a wide area with burning White Phosphorus that reduces enemy vehicle camouflage and deals damage to anyone entering the zone.[/p][p]The ZTZ-20 MBT is available in our Web Shop via Loot Crates. Collect 100 blueprint pieces from these crates to obtain the vehicle.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Type 99B
[p][/p][p]The Type 99B is a fictional improved version of the currently most modern Chinese Main Battle Tank. It was designed as a concept by the Chinese tank community some years ago and we used the concept as a basis for its introduction. However, our version bears significant differences, most notably the Red Arrow missile launcher on the roof. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.[/p][p][/p][p]In Armored Warfare, the Type 99B is a Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank. It is fast, agile, and capable of dealing tremendous damage over a short period of time thanks to its turret-mounted thermobaric missile launcher.[/p][p]The Type 99B MBT is available in our Web Shop via Loot Crates. Collect 100 blueprint pieces from these crates to obtain the vehicle.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
VT-5
[p][/p][p]The VT-5 is a modern Chinese Light Tank that was developed specifically with export in mind. There are many reasons why a country without its own tank development should opt to purchase a Light Tank instead of a full-scale Main Battle Tank. It’s equally as fast if not faster with equal firepower but, what is most important, it is affordable. The VT-5 excels in all these categories. While its armor cannot match that of an MBT, it can protect its crew against most infantry threats thanks to its ERA and cage armor sets. It also has a powerful 105mm gun capable of firing guided missiles, it is packed with advanced electronics and is supremely agile thanks to its 1000hp diesel engine. Simply put, wraps cutting edge technologies up into an affordable bundle. You can learn more about it in a dedicated article.[/p][p][/p][p]In Armored Warfare, the VT-5 is a very powerful Tier 9 Premium Light Tank. Fast and agile, it features solid levels of protection (the configuration in the game is the one featuring the ERA kit as well as the turret cage armor) and a good rate of fire. Additionally, its gun is capable of firing guided missiles. It’s an ideal machine for players who value speed and agility, as it offers plenty of both. The VT-5 is capable of dancing around its opponents on the battlefield, outperforming even some AFVs in mobility.[/p][p]This bundle is available in our Web Shop.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
QN-506
[p][/p][p]The QN-506 fire support vehicle is a Chinese attempt to design a cheap, export-oriented alternative to the Russian BMPT series. Instead of converting a second or third generation MBT, the engineers at Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd., likely to keep the vehicle as affordable as possible, opted to base their project on the Type 59 MBT, which is, in its basic form anyway, a copy of the old Soviet T-55 medium tank from the late 1950s. They jam-packed it with cutting edge electronics and a number of weapon systems, including ATGMs, an automatic cannon or smaller caliber rockets. However, despite the use of an unmanned turret, the protection levels of this vehicle are still quite low and, so far, there haven’t been any signs of interest in the QN-506. You can learn more about this vehicle in our dedicated article.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p][/p][p]In Armored Warfare, the QN-506 is a Premium Tier 9 Tank Destroyer that gameplay-wise resembles the popular BMPT series. However, unlike the Russian Terminators, it has a number of interesting features including three different weapon systems (30mm cannon, 70mm unguided rockets and 151mm ATGMs) and loitering recon ammunition flying towards the end of a map and spotting everything in its path. The last ability is unique to the QN-506 and makes it one of the most potent support vehicles on the battlefield.[/p][p]This bundle is available in our Web Shop.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Rough Riders Loot Crate
[p][/p][p]The Rough Riders Loot Crate is now available. This Loot Crate contains Rough Riders Battle Coins and Boosters.[/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
 • [p]Battle Coins are the primary currency of the Rough Riders Battle Path campaign and are used to progress through it and to obtain its prizes.[/p]
 • [p]Battle Coin Boosters are usable only during an active Battle Path and increase your Battle Coin income by 900 percent for two hours.[/p]
[p]Please note that you have to obtain the access to a Battle Path to use both items.[/p][p]This bundle is available in our Web Shop.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We hope that you will enjoy the offer and, as always:[/p][p]See you on the battlefield![/p]

In Development: Special Operation “Tiger Shark”

[p]Commanders![/p][p]It’s been some time since the last mission updated but we are happy that we can tell you more about the third part of the Black Company Special Operation series called Tiger Shark.[/p][p][/p][p]This mission continues the story of Joshua Seagrove and Kathryn Grey and their rise to fame as Black Company mercenaries. Upon the conclusion of the Lone Star mission, Port Houston is liberated from its occupation by Clayburn Industries.[/p][p][/p][p]In the aftermath of the events, Seagrove and Grey receive an offer from Suez Incorporated to save a ship hijacked by pirates and bringing it back in exchange for clearing their names of war crime accusations. Not willing to waste such an opportunity, they immediately set sail to a small island in the Indian Ocean.[/p][p][/p][p]As the description above suggests, the mission will take place on a tropical island controlled by ruthless pirates. These criminals are led by Louis Pareil, a ruthless French ex-special forces operator-turned-warlord so you’ll be in for quite a fight. He has quite a few aces up his sleeve.[/p][p][/p][p]We carefully listened to your feedback and made two major changes to the design. First, the mission is shorter than the previous two so you’ll no longer spend an hour fighting every time you launch it. Second, starting with its introduction, it’ll be newly possible to select which mission you want to play of the three in the menu.[/p][p][/p][p]As always there will be mission-specific achievements with new rewards, including a pirate player avatar and a brand-new camouflage for three environments.[/p][p][/p][p]We hope that you will enjoy this Special Operation that is coming to the game in early September and, as always:[/p][p]See you on the battlefield![/p][p][/p]

Offer: Namer, AFT-10

[p]Commanders![/p][p]Today we’ve prepared the following items for you:[/p]
 • [p]Namer Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer[/p]
 • [p]AFT-10 Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer[/p]
[p]Between August 12 and August 19, 2025, the following items will be available:[/p][p][/p]
Namer
[p][/p][p]The Namer IFV is an Israeli heavy fighting vehicle version of the Namer platform developed in the early 2000s from the Merkava Main Battle Tank. Israel is a small country and cannot affect high infantry losses, which is why the Namer features extremely high levels of protection. The IFV variant is fitted with a Rafael turret, featuring 30mm autocannon and a Spike missile launcher. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.[/p][p][/p][p]In Armored Warfare, the Namer is a Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer. As its history suggests, it is a superheavy TD with its protection levels being amongst the highest of its class. It is slow and ponderous but its thick front can deflect even advanced shells while maintaining adequate firepower thanks to its autocannon and ATGM combination. Its MBT-like characteristics make this vehicle quite forgiving for new players, but, as they say, a jack-of-all-trades is a master of none.[/p][p]The Namer Tier 10 Premium TD is available in our Web Shop via Loot Crates. Collect 100 blueprint pieces from these crates to obtain the vehicle.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
AFT-10
[p][/p][p]The AFT-10 is a tracked ATGM carrier based on a ZBD-04 IFV hull that carries eight massive Red Arrow-10 guided missiles. In their latest version, these modern ATGMs are capable of devastating even the most modern MBTs at extreme distances and the AFT-10 was designed to do just that – to stop enemy assaults dead in their tracks. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.[/p][p][/p][p]In Armored Warfare, the AFT-10 is a Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer. Its massive ATGM launcher immediately draws comparison with another Tier 10 vehicle, the Kornet-EM. But where Kornet-EM is all about speed, stealth and missile ambushes, the AFT-10 is about one thing and one thing only – uncompromising firepower. It is capable of unleashing devastating missile salvos that can knock out even Tier 10 MBTs in seconds. Additionally, its missiles have a very high penetration value, which means that no matter the angle, no target is truly safe from its reach.[/p][p]The AFT-10 Tier 10 Premium TD is available in our Web Shop via Loot Crates. Collect 100 blueprint pieces from these crates to obtain the vehicle.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]We hope that you will enjoy the offer and, as always:[/p][p]See you on the battlefield![/p]
