• Norwegian bundle with real-life Scandinavian camouflages and unit insignia
 • Danish bundle with real-life Danish camouflage and base paint
 • Iron Crate
Between May 15, 2025 and May 22, 2025, the following items will be available:
Stridsvagn 2000
The Stridsvagn 2000 was to be Sweden’s next Main Battle Tank, designed to combat Soviet super-tanks such as the Black Eagle. For its time, the project was nothing short of revolutionary with extremely thick frontal armor and a powerful 140mm gun that could take on literally anything in its day. However, the Soviet threat dissipated with the collapse of the Soviet Union, which pushed Sweden to seek a cheaper solution to its tank problem, namely the Leopard 2 MBT. You can learn more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the Stridsvagn 2000 is a Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank that represents the essence of practicality. Solid armor, decent mobility and excellent damage over time output make this tank one of the most versatile tools you can have in your arsenal, equally capable in PvP and PvE. Aside from its advanced NERA armor, the Strv 2000 features a coaxial 40mm autocannon. The key to success is switching between both weapon systems and maximizing your damage output while your NERA armor eliminated one enemy shell after another.

The Stridsvagn 2000 MBT is available in our Web Shop via Loot Crates. Collect 100 blueprint pieces from these crates to obtain the vehicle.

This bundle is available in our Web Shop. It can be accessed it directly in the game by clicking the shopping cart button in the upper left corner of the Garage.
CV90120 Ghost
The CV90120 “Ghost” Light Tank was a Swedish demonstrator based on an earlier fire support model of the CV90120. As its name suggests, the vehicle is armed with 120mm smoothbore cannon but that’s the least interesting on its features. The Ghost is named after a special camouflage system called ADAPTIV that's capable of masking the bulky tank in the IR spectrum so well it disappears from enemy screens – like a ghost. You can learn more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the CV90120 Ghost is a Tier 9 Premium Light Tank. Depending on your choices, it can be configured two ways – as a fast hit-and-run Light Tank using the combination of a Ready Rack and its excellent mobility, or as a stealthy sniper using the ADAPTIV system and the upgraded ammunition. While you won’t be as stealthy as dedicated Tank Destroyers or small AFVs, you’ll still be able to do a lot of damage from behind the safety of your lines.

This bundle is available in our Web Shop. It can be accessed it directly in the game by clicking the shopping cart button in the upper left corner of the Garage.
CV90 Mk.IV
The Swedish CV90 Mk.IV IFV is the most modern version of the old but constantly developed CV90 platform. Since its introduction in the early 1990s, the vehicle was upgraded so much that this 2018 model bears little resemblance to the three decades old original, featuring cutting edge electronics as well as a brand new turret. You can learn more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the CV90 Mk.IV is a Tier 8 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle. It is a durable and reliable infantry carrier capable not only of dealing tremendous damage with its 50mm autocannon, but of launching powerful Spike missiles as well. In addition to that, it’s relatively well-protected and can also carry Mechanized Infantry. What’s there not to like?

This bundle is available in our Web Shop. It can be accessed it directly in the game by clicking the shopping cart button in the upper left corner of the Garage.
CV90105 TML
The CV90105 TML from the 1990s was one of the first attempts to convert the CV90 chassis into a fire support vehicle by combining it with a French TML turret. The result was a fairly capable Light Tank with considerable firepower in the form of its 105mm GIAT gun that could successfully take out most MBTs of its time. Unfortunately, the vehicle didn’t manage to attract any customers and remained a prototype only. You can learn more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the CV90105 TML is a Tier 7 Premium Light Tank. Depending on your choices, it can be configured two ways. You can opt for a more sustained firepower with the large 12-round clip – this way you need to stay behind your own team or hide in bushes, turning your Light Tank into something like a close support Tank Destroyer. Or, you can opt for the fun option of turning your CV90105 TML into a hit and run monster. Ambush an enemy, empty the magazine into his sides or rear and immediately retreat.

This bundle is available in our Web Shop. It can be accessed it directly in the game by clicking the shopping cart button in the upper left corner of the Garage.
Swedish Bundle
Despite its neutrality, Sweden is one of the premiere arms manufacturers in the world and has a powerful standing army to boot. Even though the country was not a part of the NATO until few months ago, much of its vehicle fleet is compatible with western tech and the country now operates the Leopard 2 MBT (under the name Stridsvagn 122) as well as several CV90 variants. This bundle includes several camouflages tied to Sweden as well as a special player title.
Norwegian Bundle
Unlike Sweden, Norway is a part of the NATO with its units regularly taking part in operations abroad. One of the elite units of the Norwegian military is the famous Telemark Battalion of Mechanized Infantry and this bundle includes two items tied to it as well as the Scandinavian camouflages used by Norway and a Norwegian base paint, as seen on a Telemark Leopard deployed to Estonia in 2017.

The bundle consists of:
 • Scandinavian Summer camouflage (read more)
 • Scandinavian Winter camouflage (read more)
 • Scandinavian base paint (read more)
 • Telemark Battalion decal

Offer: Kornet-D1, Panzer 87-140, T-15 Kinzhal

Commanders!

Today we’ve prepared the following items for you:

 • Kornet-D1 Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer
 • T-15 Kinzhal Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer
 • Panzer 87-140 Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank

Between May 13 and May 20, 2025, the following items will be available:
Kornet-D1
The Kornet-D1 Tank Destroyer was one of the proposed variants for the BMD-4M chassis. As a dedicated tank hunter, it was supposed to be armed with two Kornet ATGM quad launchers, providing the Russian Airborne forces with long-range tank-killing capabilities. The project was launched in 2013 but the vehicle never reached the prototype stage with the program likely being canceled in 2018. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the Kornet-D1 is a Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer and a tracked counterpart to the wheeled Kornet-EM progression vehicle. It is only lightly armed but also very stealthy and its lack of vision range is compensated by the ability to deploy a Sniper. Additionally, when configured properly, the vehicle is capable of launching two missiles at once, making it incredibly deadly against any target, especially at long ranges.

This vehicle is available via Loot Crates, which drop Kornet-D1 parts. Collect 100 Kornet-D1 parts from these Loot Crates to assemble the whole vehicle.
T-15 Kinzhal
This vehicle is a version of the T-15 heavy IFV (built on the Armata platform) but instead of the Bumerang turret featuring 30mm autocannon, it’s armed with another combat module called Kinzhal. The Kinzhal module’s main armament is long 57mm automatic cannon that can devastate even the heaviest IFVs it could meet on the battlefield. A prototype appeared in 2019 but the concept was not approved for mass production. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the T-15 Kinzhal is a Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer. Unlike the original progression version of the T-15, it’s a vehicle that relies heavily on its autocannon. The 57mm gun is immensely powerful and can fire in three round bursts with one of the highest damage per minute outputs in the game. In addition to its outstanding firepower, the Kinzhal is heavily armored and despite its average mobility, it’s one of the most durable and versatile vehicles in Armored Warfare.

This vehicle is available via Loot Crates, which drop T-15 Kinzhal parts. Collect 100 T-15 Kinzhal parts from these Loot Crates to assemble the whole vehicle.
Panzer 87-140
The Panzer 87-140 is an experimental version of Panzer 87 (Swiss Leopard 2A4), fitted with a RUAG 140mm smoothbore cannon and an armor kit called WE. It was developed in the 1980s and early 1990s to counter the next generation of Soviet MBTs, but with the collapse of the Soviet Union, the project was shelved, only to resurface around 2005-2006 but never passing the experimental stage. You can read more about it in our dedicated article.

In Armored Warfare, the Panzer 87-140 is a Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank. Much like other Leopard series MBTs, it’s a long-range fighter with an extremely powerful gun and the ability to fire with pinpoint accuracy. Even though its armor leaves much to be desired, at long range, this MBT has few equals and can be considered one of the best snipers of its class.

The Panzer 87-140 Tier 10 Premium MBT is available in our Web Shop via Loot Crates. Collect 100 blueprint pieces from these crates to obtain the vehicle.

We hope that you will enjoy this offer and, as usual:

See you on the battlefield!

In Development: Object 292

Commanders!

Today, we’d like to tell you about the Soviet Object 292 MBT!

Object 292 model

As usual, let’s have a bit of history first. Object 292 was a late Soviet era “supertank” that was intended to fight the next generation of NATO MBTs. It was designed as an improved variant of the T-80 series MBT by the Kirov Plant in Leningrad (St. Petersburg).

You might be familiar with an overhauled T-80BV MBT with the 152mm 2A73 gun but that was not the “true” Object 292 – much like the Black Eagle “prototype”, it was just a testbed (in this case for the gun). It was developed in 1990 to see whether the 152mm gun could fit into the T-80B turret. It could (with some adjustments) and the vehicle underwent extensive trials in 1991 in Rzhev.

Object 292 (T-80B testbed)

The tests have confirmed that the gun represented a major improvement of firepower compared to the standard 125mm 2A46 smoothbore series, including a 50 percent increase of muzzle energy. At the same time, due to its advanced construction, the gun had roughly the same recoil as the 2A46, allowing it to be installed into existing Soviet tanks. The chassis of the vehicle was stable and the vehicle performed well. At the same time, another welded turret was developed and it was this new variant that was to be used on the T-80U chassis and it is this combination we’re introducing.

This Object 292 variant (also known as “T-80U tank with LP-83 gun” or sometimes “T-80M”) isn’t super-well documented but it did exist in the form of drawing and several models. In this configuration, the tank weighed roughly 46 tons and had a crew of three men.

T-80U tank with LP-83 gun

The tank was well-armored, the protection levels of the turret were analogical to the T-80U MBT with the ERA kit being upgradeable from the usual Kontakt-5 to Malakhit (a precursor to the current Relikt system). The tank was to be fitted with two active protection systems:

 • Shtora-1M soft-kill APS (connected to new 3D17 Purga-2 or 3D17M Purga-2M smoke grenades instead of the usual 902B Tucha system)
 • Drozd-2 hard-kill APS

The status of the tank was monitored by a new control system called Barsuk-2.

The armament consisted mainly of the abovementioned 152mm 2A73 cannon (factory designation LP-83). The gun would be automatically loaded from a large carousel beneath the turret and a bustle-mounted charge storage (with blow-out panels). The vehicle carried 30 two-piece rounds, 16 of which were ready in the autoloader magazine. The gun fired the following shells:

 • Grifel-1 APFSDS with Tungsten core
 • Grifel-2 APFSDS with Depleted Uranium core
 • Grifel-3 HE-FRAG
 • Zaraysk APFSDS (the name also belongs to the research project of the LP-83 gun, performance unknown)
 • Sprinter ATGM with a tandem HEAT warhead

The weapon was controlled by the 1A45M FCS featuring the DVE-BS wind sensor, 1G46M optics and either the older Buran-M night sights or the Agava-2T thermal imager. The commander had T01-K04 Agat-M optics at his disposal.

Object 292 model

The tank was powered by the GTD-1250 1250hp gas turbine engine (or even the then-developed 1500hp GTD-1500G engine), allowing it to go as fast as 70 km/h.

In short, it was to be a beast. However, with the breakup of the Soviet Union and the major budget cuts that followed, the vehicle was never really developed into a production variant. Its prototype had stayed abandoned for years until it was moved to the Kubinka tank museum and restored.

In Armored Warfare, the Object 292 will be a Marat Shishkin Tier 10 Main Battle Tank.

We had several options as to what to put on Tier 10 of the branch but this vehicle seemed like the most natural choice, especially when we decided not to just go with a T-80B with a different gun but an entirely new turret. We also debated the name but in the end, we felt that Object 292 is the best-known option.

Gameplay-wise, we’re once again looking at a rather conventional vehicle with the gameplay similar to that of the Tier 7 T-80U MBT. The vehicle will be relatively difficult to destroy due to its compact size, fast, and hard-hitting, although the protection levels will perhaps not be the best of its Tier. After all, it’s a three-decades-old piece of technology. It’ll be best suited for players who like a lot of mobility and firepower without sacrificing too much protection.

There are two more things you should know, commanders. First is the vehicle’s special feature in the form of a new Supercharged APS ability that combines the functionality of hard-kill and soft-kill APS. In short, this ability works as if you activated Supercharged soft-kill APS and Supercharged hard-kill APS at the same time.

The second thing is that unlocking the vehicle will require you to complete an achievement using the T-80BVM Tier 9 MBT. The achievement requires you to gather 2500000 points where:

 • Each damage point counts as 1 (5 in PvP)
 • Each kill counts as 200 (1000 in PvP)
 • Extra 2500 points are awarded for victory (5000 in PvP)
 • Extra 1750 points are awarded for survival (3500 in PvP)

Survival in terms of PvE means that you must not die throughout the mission. Respawning already counts as death.

We hope you’ll enjoy it and, as always:

See you on the battlefield!
