The entire Armored Warfare team would like to wish you merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Join us in the celebrations that will last until the end of 2020 because we’ve prepared some fine gifts and bonuses for you!

This Christmas, we are once again enabling the Christmas Garage and the special Holiday Mode! A squad of snowmen took a magical sleigh and is dropping tree decorations over the village! Help Grandfather Frost gather the decorations and put them on the tree! Tree decorations will spawn across the map and it’s your and your team’s duty to pick each one up and bring it back to your base. But beware – evil Grinch-driven armored vehicles will stop at nothing to steal them from you, ruining your holidays!



There are new achievements in the mode, don’t miss them!

Rules
 

• The holiday mode can be selected in the Garage in the mode menu
• The match generally follows the rules of Global Operations with both sides having a number of points
• Capturing and bringing home the decorations resembles a Capture the Flag mode, each capture reduces enemy’s pool of points
• The first time a decoration spawns, it will always be in the center of the map, the rest of the spawns are random
• Player who captures a decoration will be clearly identified by an icon and visible on the minimap
• Destroying a vehicle carrying the decoration will cause the decoration to drop to the ground and become available for capture by someone else
• A new decoration spawns every 90 seconds
• It’s necessary to capture 5 decorations to win a match
• The match is played in 10v10 format and lasts 15 minutes

 
Please note: the mode is only available for 15 minutes once per hour.

Don’t also forget to pick up the last gifts from the Breath of Winter as well as the Winter Resupply gift!

On the 24th of December 2020, starting from 8:00 CET, the server will not be available for two hours due to a planned server maintenance.

The Echoes of War campaign is now available and we have prepared another way of obtaining a large number of bonus Battle Coins for you!



In this contest, we’ll be asking you to deal as much damage (certain conditions apply, see below) as possible while driving specific Asian vehicles:

• Type 90 Tier 7 Premium MBT (only damage from up to 150m counts)
• Type 96B Tier 8 Premium MBT (only damage from up to 150m counts)
• QN-506 Tier 9 Premium TD (only damage from up to 150m counts)
• VT-5 Tier 9 Premium LT (only damage while moving counts)

Any standard mode counts for this contest, excluding Heroic Special Operations and Ranked Battles.

Post the screenshot of your result (both the detailed and regular tab) in the dedicated contest channel along with your name, category and result number. We also reserve the right to ask for a replay, so make sure you record your battle. The submission template is as such:

• Vehicle / Result / Ingame nickname

Attention – as we will be using a program to collect your results, please make absolutely sure you submit them with the template above. Submissions without this template will be ignored.

As an example, “VT-5 / 50000 / Johndoe” is correct, while “VT5/50 000/Johndoe” is not due to the incorrectly placed spaces and the shortened VT-5 name.

The contest ends on December 23, 2020 (15:00 CET) and all entries must be submitted by then.

The prizes are as follows:

The winner of each vehicle category (4 winners in total) will receive 25.000 Battle Coins for the Echoes of War Battle Path as well as 7 days of Premium Time.

Please note:

• One player can only submit one result, period
• All submitted results must be from the battles that take place during the event
• Platoons are not allowed
• The winners will be announced and the prizes will be distributed after the end of the event
